We had such a great stay! We were in town for my daughter’s wedding, and we were using the condo as a home base for wedding prep. I had to make a lot of cupcakes and put together centerpieces. The host was so kind to drop off extra cupcake tins and a card table and chairs. So amazingly kind! Location was convenient. The condo was comfy. Highly recommend!!

Very nice place close to the locations we were playing softball at. Weather was hot and coming back to an air conditioned abode was great. Cost was reasonable and comparable to the local hotels we checked with the benefit of having our own kitchen and washer/dryer. Things we needed were available, such as towels, spare bedding, condiments and coffee. Rooftop patio was nice but with the heat couldn't use it until later in the evening. The Pappajohn Sculpture Park was walking distance away and was well worth the walk. Only issue we had was the two ice makers in the refrigerator weren't working so we had to purchase ice from the nearby QuikTrip.

Rees was very welcoming, checking in advance to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo is in flawless condition, with spa-like ensuite bathrooms and amenities. It is comfortable and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. Garage parking is a plus. Location is ideal within walking distance of many good restaurants, bars and shopping. Highly recommend!

We absolutely had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. The location was perfect. We were within walking distance to several breweries, downtown was just a quick drive away, but our favorite place was on the rooftop patio. The host was super thoughtful and had amenities such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and coffee. This was a perfect stay and if we come back do Des Moines we would certainly stay in this perfect property!
