Welcome to your perfect Hilton Head getaway! This spacious, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa (1,158 sq ft) is your home away from home—just 3 blocks from the pristine white-sand beach (an easy 5-8-minute stroll).

Please note: We are on the second floor of the building and both bedrooms are located on the second floor within the villa. There are no elevators in the complex.

Security Note:
For your safety, there is a doorbell camera monitoring the front door.

There is a strict NO SMOKING policy in Beach Arbor. Additional cleaning fee of $500 will apply if violated.

Pet: There will be an additional $30 pet cleaning fee if your fur family joins you and a pet fee of an additional $30 per night. You must indicate you are bringing your pet at the time of booking. The additional pet cleaning fee will be added by host and must be paid prior to arrival.

Beach: We are happy to provide 6 beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon for your use. Please help yourself to these, and be sure to brush off the sand before bringing them back up the stairs and into the house. We have 4 beach towels that you will be responsible for washing, drying and placing back in linen closet so other guests can use them. We recommend bringing your own beach towels as well, just in case the provided towels are in use or unavailable.

We want your experience to be the best possible and will do what we can while you are there to make that happen. Please don’t wait until after your stay to notify us about concerns.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable. It was an easy walk to Coligny Beach and shops, plus a quick drive over to Harbour Town and the rest of the island. The property was spotless, exactly as described, and well-stocked with all the essentials. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating of our dog, which made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay! Tracy was a wonderful host and very helpful before our trip answering questions we had about amenities, along with checking to make sure everything was good upon arrival.The villa was clean, spacious, and just the right size for our family of 6 with the bunk bed, trundle bed and pack n play for our infant. The location is the perfect walking distance to beach access, Coligny Plaza and the nearby "pirate ship" playground.Would definitely stay here again for a future trip to Hilton Head!

This was our first time to Hilton Head and we enjoyed our stay! The host was wonderful and I appreciated how communicative they were with answering questions and helping us. As far as cleanliness- it definitely could have been cleaner, but when I raised my concerns to the host they sent a cleaning crew out and did everything they could to make it right. This is a very busy area of Hilton head- walkable to shops, beaches, parks- really anything you’d need! The provided beach chairs, towels and beach cart was a huge win. As well as a pack and play and bed rails for kids! Makes traveling so much lighter!

This place was perfect for our family of 4! It was very clean, especially for a place that allows dogs. It was about a block from the beach (less than 10 min walk). The pool was literally just around the corner in the same complex (within 1 min walk). The king bed was very comfortable and the pillows were exceptional. There was a beach wagon, beach toys, beach umbrella, and at least 4 foldable lawn chairs for the beach. There were also kid utensils/plates, pack n play, and small booster seat which was nice to not have to worry about bringing. It was also in a great location, 3 min drive to coligny plaza which had a lot of shops and great restaurants! The pirate ship playground is also within a few min walk. The host was nice enough to provide extra toilet paper, and a starter pack of laundry detergent and dish soap so you didn’t have to run to the store right away. The host was also quick to respond. We will definitely be staying here if we come back to Hilton head! If you are looking for good restaurants nearby, the sandbar at coligny plaza and the frosty frog were two great choices (3min drive)! And if you are looking for a local beach hangout spot, the tiki bar on the beach was within 8-10min walk or 2min drive with 20 parking and had beach volleyball and good vibes.

Nice stay within walking distance of the beach

We enjoyed our short stay. We were able to bring our dog and it was about a 10-15 minute walk to Coligny beach and very convenient to the Coligny shops and restaurants.

This property was not only incredibly convenient to the beach but also the Coligny shops, restaurants and park. Also, the property owner, Tracy, was wonderful about communicating with us during the process and answering any questions that we had. We look forward to booking it again in the future.

Great stay at Coligny Beach!

This condo was perfect for our four person (plus dog) family. We parked our car and could bike and walk to everything! Several bathrooms with a nice, updated kitchen. We loved doing the puzzles as a family when it rained. Thank you for a great stay in Hilton Head!

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were enough issues that I probably wouldn't stay here again.The check-in process was confusing from start to finish. I recommend following the owner's directions instead of GPS because the property is difficult to locate. The buildings all look alike and aren't clearly marked. We were also told the entry code would be the last four digits of the phone number on the VRBO account, but the code that actually worked was based on my husband's phone number because his credit card was used to make the reservation. Since that wasn't explained in advance, we thought we had the wrong unit when the first code didn't work.The condo was cute, quiet, and mostly clean. However, when we opened the sleeper sofa, we found quite a bit of debris and miscellaneous items under the cushions, which was disappointing. We also saw a few small roaches in the kitchen during our stay.If mobility is a concern, be aware there are quite a few stairs both leading to the unit and inside the condo.The pool was clean, but it's surrounded by the backs of nearby buildings, so it felt secluded and didn't have much of a view or resort-like atmosphere.We also had trouble controlling the air conditioning because it's managed remotely by the rental company. The owner was responsive when we reached out and explained how to work around it, which we appreciated.The sliding glass door lock was broken when we arrived. We were told someone would come repair it, but no one ever did

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you found the condo cute, quiet, and appreciated my responsiveness when questions came up. I'd like to clarify a few points for future guests. The condo is located in a small complex consisting of four buildings, with parking available adjacent to the buildings. Prior to arrival, guests receive the unit number and location information, to make finding the condo as easy as possible. The entry instructions specify that the door code is the last four digits of the phone number associated with the VRBO reservation. I also provided a screenshot from the VRBO reservation showing the phone number on file, which matched the code provided. Prior to your arrival, I notified you that the sliding door handle had broken and that we were attempting to locate replacement parts. I did not indicate that it would be repaired during your stay. The repair was completed the day you checked out when the replacement part arrived. Regarding the air conditioning, the thermostat is remotely managed to help protect the HVAC system, but guests are able to adjust it within a comfortable range. When you contacted me, I responded promptly with a phone call and helped resolve the issue. The listing also clearly states that the villa has exterior stairs leading to the entrance and a staircase inside the unit so guests can determine whether the property is suitable for their needs before booking. Hilton Head's subtropical climate can occasionally result in palmetto bugs despite regular professional pest control. The property is treated monthly, and this is also disclosed in the listing. We appreciate all guest feedback and strive to ensure our listing accurately represents the property so guests know what to expect before they arrive. For any issues with housekeeping, we provide the contact information for the cleaning team in case anything gets missed, such as the sofa bed. They are responsive and happy to come out to resolve issues upon check in.

Last min lodging

Our original rental was canceled due to AC issues, and we were recommended to the operators of this property. They assured us they would get us in, and they absolutely delivered! We literally booked the same day, and they took care of everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or attentive host. Even though we didn’t have time to check out the area beforehand as we normally do, it turned out to be perfect. We are very picky about where we stay, but we had zero issues here.Don’t even hesitate to book this property you will not be disappointed!

The community with Tracy was above and beyond… The Vrbo app gave me a hard time for the checking but Tracy was able to help us. Cleaning could be a little bit better. It was very good considering that the townhouse is at the beach but the cleaner could pay more attention to details… The pictures are very accurate and the location is great! We love biking the island or renting a golf cart to get around. Right outside our unit you can pick up the free Forest Beach Shuttle (please tip the driver). You can’t miss the open red bus. This shuttle can take you to any of these places: Coligny Plaza, Pope Avenue, North and South Forest Beach Avenues, and the Seacrest Resort.

Why they chose this property

We love this beautiful island. The people are friendly and warm. Enjoying the outdoors is important to us. We don't need a car here with it's proximity to restaurants and shopping. The beach is walking distance and provides a perfect getaway!

What makes this property unique

Beach Arbor Villas is a smaller complex that is quiet. Unlike many larger developments, it's a great spot to return to after a day at the beach or biking around the island. The pool is never too busy.
