Close to public transports and also close to the city centre. As the property is away from a main road at the end of cal-de-sac, it was quiet and comfortable. The place is compact, but met my needs very well.

Amazing place to stay. Host Ronny was alway available for communication and very helpful with advise over Nice. 15 mins from the trainstation to visit beautiful resorts along the coast and 25 mins to the beach. Sad to be going back but our bank accounts need topping up so back to the day jobs.

The room was a perfect size for my partner and I. It was close to a bus that led straight to the beach and old Nice. The host was great! He checked in on us and was super helpful. Our check out time was at 10am, however Ronny let us stay until 6pm, due to our evening flight. Thank you ! We had a wonderful time!

Logement bien situé pour visiter Nice, proche de la gare. Divers commerces à proximité. Logement au bout d'une impasse plutôt calme. Produits de base disponible ce qui est agréable après avoir voyagé. Seul hic, il y a plusieurs logements de loués dans le même bâtiment, s'ils sont bruyants, on entend facilement les autres locataires.

Petit studio propre et refait à neuf, situé au calme, proche de lignes de bus permettant de se rendre rapidement dans le centre ville, proche de la gare. Très pratique pour de courts séjours

We really enjoyed our short stay in the apartment, had everything we needed. Great kitchen, comfy bed and a good shower. The air con was amazing! Would definitely recommend!

En plus des commentaires du titre, literie de qualité, équipement assez complet (sauf pour une poëlle, au revêtement HS). Pas de lave-vaisselle.

Bijou Studio

This studio while a bit small is very very functional, clean, well kept and close to everything you need to get around Nice. The Owner Ronny is a wonderful host who is a phone call away and always eager to help. It is important to know that you are dealing with honest landlords and they really go out of their way to make your stay special. There is good Wifi coverage, everything works well and I would certainly choose this place again in future trips. Bienvenue a Nice!

Cute little apartment but too far from the beach.

We spent four nights here. The apartment is very small but it is fine for two people. However, the bathroom sink is too tiny to wash your hands or face without getting water on the floor! The apartment was extremely hot when we arrived but the air conditioner worked well and cooled the room quickly. The location is not great. It is far from the beach and the tourist areas.

We are situated just outside the tourist areas with with 1 km t the beach and a little bit longer to the old town.. All is mentionned in the add.. Our guest come here because its very calme compared to the noisy tourist areas , and you still have very easy access to everything by foot or by public transportation. This as we are situated very close to one of the main streets in Nice. Studios do have smaller bathrooms. Also we have AC , something most small appartments do not have in Nice for this price ( It is hot in Nice during summer time :-)

So lovely studio in Nice

The studio is located in a small street not far away from the city centre and the beach. The studio is not that big but the interiour design is really charming. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. We can really recommend to choose this studio and would like to come back one day.

Romantic studio in the centre of Nice

We had a wonderful time in this nice little apartment which was just perfect for the two of us. It is located in a quiet street, not too far from the city center and the promenade. Ronny and Odete are very nice and helpful people. Thanks for everything!
