We had a good experience in general, the apartmant is very comfortable,spacious, its location is great and it has all the house appliances you would need. The down side is picking up the key is hard because its far from the apartment so you have to carry your luggage all around the city and the office only works like 3 hours a day.

Süße, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung inmitten der Altstadt von Nizza. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustüre. Ideal für ein Kurztrip an die Côte d'Azur.

Een huis met een thuisgevoel.
Vanaf het eerste moment dat we binnen kwamen voelde we ons thuis in dit uiterst charmante appartement.
Heel veel sfeer ook in het oude centrum.
Het enige nadeel zou kunnen zijn dat je hier niet voor je rust komt.
Restaurants onder je slaapkamerraam, veel rumoer tot laat in de avond en een buurman die zijn hond niet onder controle heeft maakt het slapen wel lastig.
Maar wat ons betreft kon dat de pret niet drukken. Wij zijn verliefd geworden op deze plek.

Great situation in the old town
Nice romantic rooms. Noise from the street below did not disturb. Well situated in the old town, near to tram station and super market. Bed was a little narrow for two persons, but there is a sofa which turns to another bed, so that was not a problem. Cutlery was worn out and not so tidy, which was probable the only problem.

L’appartement est idéalement situé proche du vieux nice des commodités et de l’accès à l’Italie. L’appartement est chaleureux, spacieux et il est très agréable, néanmoins il est possible d’avoir quelques nuisances sonores pour les lève tard

Logement bien situé, pas mal. Cependant poussière sur certains meubles ou recoins (ce qui me dérange pas personnellement), mais le problème cafards (apparemment c'est normal avec la chaleur), dentifrice sur le côté de la baignoire, eau gelée le dernier jour et le frigo un peu sale à certains recoins. Poignée de la chambre à changer : dévissées, je me suis fait mal avec en me tapant dans la porte, dangereux pour les enfants .... Sinon le reste c'est ok

Appartement atypiques, très bien centré pratique pour tout faire à pied. Mer a 5mins. Appartement donné très propre avec tout le nécessaire de vaisselle. Seuls défauts : -porte d'entrée dure à ouvrir -Probleme d'eau chaude -Les voisins

Séjour agréable
Nous avons passé un agreable séjour dans cet appartement bien entretenu. Nombreux commerces à proximité et tramway à 5min. La rue reste cependant assez bruyante mais à partir de 22h cela reste correcte.

Comfortabgel mooi ingericht appartement
Ondanks dat het appartement boven een bar/restaurant lag, geen geluidsoverlast. Zeer schoon en een goed 2 persoonsbed. Alleen douchen was lastig, zittend in bad. een haakje aan de muur om de douche op te hangen zou prettig zijn. Verder alles heel comfortabel. We hebben genoten.
