Paradise Cove is a three-bedroom pet-friendly private home with ample parking, a pool, hot tub, and a screened-in pool house!

Upon entering the property guests are greeted by a traditional and eclectic space. The main living area is surrounded by a wall of windows that open to the tropical fenced-in backyard and pool. This area is designed for entertainment!

The vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural sunlight to spill through the main living area, kitchen, and dining room.

The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials including a toaster, blender, regular coffee maker cookware, bakeware, and more! Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and a side door leading to the yard.

The main floor also has a half bathroom, a second living room with a pull-out Queen sofa, and a bedroom with a Twin Trundle and walk-in closet.

Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms with Queen beds, TVs, and closets.

Paradise Cove is truly a pet-friendly oasis, perfect for the entire family to gather. The exterior area is private and spacious. Guests can grill poolside while swimming, playing corn hole, or hanging out in the screened-in pool house.

The property is convenient and well-located near the beach and beloved restaurants and boutiques. Don't miss out on an unforgettable vacation!

Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)

We had a wonderful two-week stay at this property! The backyard is truly an oasis, and the pool house is incredible — such a special space to relax and unwind. The home is older, but it’s beautifully built, elegant, and exceptionally well maintained. It was also very well stocked, which made it easy to settle in and truly make it our home for the duration of our stay.Property management was top-notch and very responsive. Pet friendly was a must for us. The dogs loved the yard, all the vegetation and sniffs were very stimulating. My only comment would be that if you have an escape artist like ours, the fence is a little too easy to get out of and resulted in a trek through the brush to catch him. I wish our trip had corresponded with the orange tree being ripe because we would have totally taken advantage of fresh juice with breakfast.

Communication and check-in process was seamless. No issues. Overall cleanliness and maintaince of the property was poor. Bed linens were dirty. Some of the linens were stained. Three of the four Mattresses have been severely degraded overtime. Pool needs to be resurfaced. Jacuzzi was so dirty we wouldn’t even attempt to utilize it. Decking around the pool needs resurfacing and power washing. Thankfully, we didn’t pay the 700 they requested to heat the pool/jacuzzi since they were non-usable. Yard brush is overgrown. Windows were so dirty there is what appears to be a thick film over it that impedes view. Overall assessment: disappointing for the price charged.

Steven, Thank you for your feedback. We take pride in our yard, and hate to hear you didn't enjoy. The leaves on Amelia Island dont fall in the fall season, and do n the spring. We fight the leaves all of March/April/May each year and try to stay on top of that. We would have been glad to send someone over to help maintain. The pool is going to be getting resurfaced after the summer. We will address the other feedback to make sure anyone else at the house enjoys their stay with us.

We loved everything about this vacation house except the beds. The mattresses need to be upgraded other than that we have no other recommendations. Highly recommend!

The property was everything we needed. The location and amenities were great. This time of year, with the trees shedding, the pool probably needs to be maintained 2 x weekly but other than that, it was perfect. The response from the property management was amazing. The property is in a great quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible to everything on the island. For some reason the GPS map had a hard time finding it and kept taking us to the house behind it. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and lots of pool toys!! The bathrooms could use some freshening up. The curtain rod was rusty and the tub had chunks missing, but would definitely rent again!

House was clean but had issues with the hot tub all week and they refused to refund but 50% of the heating fee. In over 20 VRBO stays I have never had to pay to heat a hot tub but did without question. As you can see in the pics, I was extremely understanding and polite throughout the whole week. House was clean but older and beds are small. Probably would’ve went 3-4 stars but the hot tub issue took up the whole week and we had to deal with it every nights.

Lovely island house

This was a lovely house very quiet location the property overall was comfortable and clean check in and check out was easy the only feedback I would share to better prepare others is that you have to pay an additional fee to heat or use the spa that is not listed on the main booking page it was $200 for the spa and use had to be limited before 9:30 p.m.
