It was very it was very clean, well stocked, and in a safe area. The host was nice and it had everything we needed for our quick 2 night stay in Denver. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 was there was no central AC. They had two fans which kept the room cool at night but during the day it was a little too hot for me. I’m sure it would be fine in the cooler months but we were there in August. Overall a good experience!

Property was exactly as described! Super convenient location and parking! It was perfect for the wedding downtown we were attending. And the host was able to get the room ready early for us. Will absolutely use again next time we find ourselves in Denver!

Hannah was great to work with throughout our stay. She communicated well, and her place was very clean, cute, and cozy. She went above and beyond with providing recommendations around the area and having a few snacks, drinks, laundry, and toiletry items available. She made the entire process smooth and effortless. We had such a great stay on this property. We appreciated the extra things such as a couple snacks, trash bags, the brita and laundry detergent. It does get slightly warm so keeping the window open from the evening until the morning is perfect as well as keeping the fan(s) on consistently. Thank you, Hannah!

Was in town for a quick work trip and so happy to have found this place. Cozy, quiet and super clean with a comfy bed. Great location close to plenty of food and cafes too. Would definitely stay again.

After searching all rental platforms, I finally came across this getaway perfectly located for my trip. The entire lower level was designed with renters in mind. The bed & futon were super comfy and the entire place was spotless. Check in was super easy and Hannah the host was quick to respond and provide helpful tips to getting around town to find things to do and places to eat/grab coffee. Tons of restaurants and shopping just a mile away and just a 15 minute drive to Broadway. If I come back to Denver, I’d check back here to see if this rental is available! Comfy and cozy and overall a great place to stay. Great host!

A little basement suite was really cute and very clean with lots of well appointed amenities. If on a small scale! I appreciated the brita pitcher in the mini fridge. It was a short walk to a bustling area that has a really nice weekend farmers market. Really, the only con is that it might be a little crowded with two people staying together even if you really liked each other!

Good simple layout. All we needed for a 2 night stay.Instructions for parking and entry were easy and Straight forward. Centrally located, easy to walk 2 blocks to the Farmers market and Oktoberfest. Never heard upstairs neighbors. Despite no direct AC, apt stays cool, almost too cold at night now that weather is changing. Thank you!
