From the glassed in lanai with your favorite beverage, relax and enjoy an expansive view of Venetian Bay. Once inside you have a large impeccable furnished living room. Adjoining the living room is a dining room with a built in buffet/bar. There is a galley kitchen containing everything you need to prepare a quick snack or a cozy dinner.

Enjoy a day at the beach with access across the street or a stroll through the award winning landscaped gardens to take a dip at the on-premise pool overlooking the bay. After a relaxing day, choose a large bedroom with queen size bed or the extra long twins that can be converted to a king size bed. Master bath and second bath both are equipped with showers. Washer and dryer are included.

To finish your day you may want to exercise at the fully equipped gym or barbecue on the grill and enjoy the meal on the terrace by the bay. If you need to connect ,
WIFI service is available in the condo and throughout the community, while Cable with DVR is available in living room and bedrooms. Or if going out is your style, within walking distance there are restaurants and fashionable boutiques at Venetian Village, all overlooking the waterfront. Close by are boat rentals. Kayaks are available for use. It is a short ride to downtown Naples with its galleries, shopping and casual to world-renowned dining.

The unit is a first floor end unit condo in the La Maison Club Community, which is in the Mooring section of Naples on Gulf Shore Blvd North. It is right next to Parkshore section. The community is bayside. Gulf beach access is directly across the street from the condo.

Application and Lease Agreement required per Condo Association Rules and Regulations. The lease application, a separate non-refundable check for $100 made out to La Maison Club, and an interview is required by the Condo Board. Your stay is contingent upon their approval.

We loved this condo. It was quite spacious and very bright. Both bedrooms were very large and had walk in closets. The grounds and swimming pool were beautiful. Also, It is located right across from the beach access!

Totally amazing vacation

We have stayed in this unit for the past two years for three months each year. The location to the beach, golf, and shopping is fantastic. The condo is well equipped and very roomy for a two bedroom. The only reason we are not returning is because we bought a condo close by.
