We enjoyed our stay. The house fit our family's needs. The air conditioning broke, and as soon as we told them, they started the process of getting it fixed and gave suggestions on how to feel more comfortable. Communication was great - we had car trouble, and they even helped us find a mechanic!

Thank you for staying with us for three nights and for sharing your thoughtful feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the apartment’s location, cleanliness, and found our communication helpful. We appreciate you pointing out the challenge with the bed height and lighting in the smaller bedroom—especially for your elderly mother. Your suggestion to add a bedside lamp is a great one, and we’ll definitely take that into consideration to improve the experience for future guests. We're happy the rest of your stay was great, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!
