We stayed here after flying in from Pennsylvania to spend time with my mother and brother and his family. It’s a comfortable home with a lot of natural light and a beautiful outdoor sitting area that we enjoyed. As a rental property there were features that were unfortunate and not up to par such as the lighting in most of the rooms, very old and worn out towels and linens, an abundance of cobwebs, and otherwise beautiful sitting area outside. It has a lot of potential it just needs to get a little more investment and attention.

This is a very spacious and comfortable home. It is conveniently located in town. The neighborhood is quiet. The outdoor seating was protected from the wind and rain. This made it nice to sit outside. My only downside is the beds were firmer than I’m use to. This is a personal preference.

We had a great family birthday reunion at this property. It has four bedrooms, two baths and a beautiful patio backyard area that is great for family events. Excellent location and quiet

We loved the fact we could use the 2 car garage. The deck and backyard were great for the kids and dog to go out and play in a safe environment. The rooms were of nice size and comfortable. Nice big kitchen and refrigerator was so handy. We didn’t use the laundry, but the facility was nice and easily accessible. It was a beautiful house and very comfy for our family:)

This home was actually better than expected. Very roomy and enough space for us all. The diamond at this home was that amazing backyard! Truly relaxing! Enough seating for us all to be together outside, and perfectly protected from the wind. We enjoyed playing games out back, and morning coffee. I will definitely be making this our annual go to!

There were 9 of us total our dog. There was plenty of space for all of us, especially with the incredible back patio area. We spent a lot of time out there. Lots of beds, linens, towels. Both showers were great.The dining table is a little too small for a large group, and not comfortable to sit at for very long. Most of the drinking "glasses" have cracks in them and should be replaced. The front door storm door broke several times.Otherwise we had a great stay and it met all our needs.

This property is a misrepresentation of what the pictures look like on the site. The owner only refunded the cleaning deposit nothing else. The rental is dirty! Bathrooms had mold. He charges top Dollar and states that the property is exceptional. This rental that is not! I took 40 pictures. I can only share 8

I am proud of the positive experiences most guests have enjoyed. Regarding this particular stay, the guest contacted me and VRBO the day after check-in with concerns about cleanliness in the master bathroom. I immediately offered to have my professional cleaners return to address the issue. However, the guest declined this solution and instead requested a refund of half the reservation cost, while still wishing to complete the full stay. As a gesture of goodwill, I promptly refunded the cleaning fee. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation, the guest continued to send unprofessional messages on non-VRBO channels, which I believe was unwarranted. Please note that the property is professionally cleaned prior to every check-in, and we maintain detailed, time-stamped records for quality assurance. While I understand that I may not meet every individual preference, I am deeply committed to providing a welcoming and well-maintained space for all my guests. I take great pride in hosting with care and professionalism, and I encourage future guests to read the many positive reviews that reflect this dedication.
