Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Situated on 3 acres in the upper Dolores river valley you are 10 minutes from the town of Dolores and 55 miles from Telluride. Available year round. This is in a peaceful location with newly completed luxury accommodations that can be your base from which you can enjoy and explore one of the most beautiful parts of the world. You will be minutes from world class mountain biking, fishing, hiking and in less than an hour you will be at the gondola in Mountain Village and a little more than a hour from Mesa Verde and the canyons of Utah.

While on the property enjoying the quiet or returning after a day of adventure you’ll enjoy the cozy comfort of this newly built tiny home. Enjoy streaming a movie while lounging on a comfortable sofa, dine at the eating eating counter while enjoying the view out the windows or use it to catch up on work. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with a 2 burner induction cooktop, built in convection/microwave and a refrigerator freezer. We’ve provided all cookware, dishes and glassware you’ll need. We love our coffee and share our blend with our guests.

Both beds are memory foam and the walls are insulated with rock wool which provides you with comfortable and absolutely quiet nights sleep.

The owners live on the property to help accommodate your needs.

Our first tiny home

It was a very nice tiny home surrounded by mountains and trees . The tiny home was done very beautiful inside rustic finishes that goes with the location . Jim and his wife were great hosts . We would stay again .

Tiny Home, Great Experience

We've been intrigued by tiny homes, knowing they can bring both efficiency and comfort. Jim and Lisa's guest home does all that along with design and beauty in a stunning natural setting. We visited the area for the first time taking in mesa Verde National Park and Valley of the Ancients enroute to Santa Fe, NM. Next time we'll book for a trip to Telluride. Lisa & Jim thank you for thinking of everything to make our trip comfortable and memorable.

Well-designed tiny home

I enjoyed my stay in this comfortable tiny home very much. The hosts are friendly, and (only) there if you need them. The only part that feels truly tiny is the extremely low ceiling over the bed. Be aware that you must crawl around up there, and don't sit up too fast in bed! Personally, I was disappointed that the dark sky viewing was significantly limited by the neighbor's security light, which was on all night. But that would only matter to serious sky watchers like myself. The place as a whole was great!
