Located directly on Lake Charlevoix with beautiful green space and 2500 feet of white sandy beach. Enjoy stunning summer sunsets. The Harborage complex is located within walking distance to Boyne City and right next to the Harborage Marina and Peninsula Park. Also, on site, are tennis courts and a putting green. This property has everything needed with top of the line amenities, new furniture and beds/bedding and everything you can imagine to ensure you have a wonderful vacation with your friends and family.
The main level includes a large, open living/dining area with lots of cozy spots, all with lake views, a flat screen TV and a fireplace. Full cook's kitchen including a steam oven. A large kitchen is open to the main area and is fully stocked with all you’ll need cook and dine. There is also an adjoining laundry room with plenty of room for additional storage. This level of the condo also has two bedrooms, one room with a king bed, and another with a queen bed. This level also has two full bathrooms. The master suite, with a king bed, is located on the upper level with a view of the lake as you open your eyes in the morning. Also on this level, full bathroom, full size sleeper sofa, flat screen tv and deck with seating.
Short walk to downtown Boyne City. Short drive to Petoskey, Charlevoix, East Jordan and Boyne Falls. Great hopping off point to enjoy everything this Up North location has to offer.
