One lesson we've learned about the great outdoors is the frequent requirement to wipe down the deck furniture. Despite our efforts to maintain the utmost cleanliness for your convenience, it seems that nature is working against us. You may need to wipe down the outdoor table, chairs, and any other outdoor seating. The dust and pollen accumulates within a matter of hours.

A Message From The Owners: We are close to the west end beaches, in the flat west end neighborhood which is great for kids (bike riding, playing, scootering etc.). A quick drive to downtown Truckee, much closer to the bay area vs driving to Lake Tahoe. It took us 5 years of looking at real estate at Donner Lake for us to find our forever family cabin. We plan to keep this home in our family for many generations.

Amazing cabin and location. Everything you could ever need like chairs and beach stuff for kids. They even had candles and flashlights at the ready when the power went out for the hawk fire but was restored by morning. Great place, would go again anytime.

This was a great cute little cabin! Worked for us and was such a perfect location. Incase anyone does have mobility issues, there are a lot of stairs, just to be aware of. Other than that, the property was amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin at Donner Lake! The three-bedroom, three-bath layout was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. Having three bathrooms was especially convenient and gave everyone plenty of room and privacy.The cabin was very clean, cozy, and extremely well stocked. We really appreciated how much was already provided—it made it easy for a group to come out with very little and still have everything needed to relax, cook, and have a great time.The hot tub was definitely a highlight and was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the evenings. The location was beautiful and peaceful, and we really enjoyed our time at Donner Lake.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. We would highly recommend this cabin to families or groups looking for a clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and relaxing getaway at Donner Lake!
