A relaxed vacation rental at Truckee's amenity-rich Ski Bowl Condos awaits you. Here, you have access to Tahoe Donner's Tennis Center, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, and ski-in/ski-out entry to the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area, equipped with a brand-new snow-making system. For a bigger mountain adventure, Northstar, Sugar Bowl, Squaw, and Alpine are within easy driving distance. Other Ski Bowl highlights include a firepit, pool, and luxe steam showers.



The spacious living room offers a sectional you can lounge on while watching the TV above the electric fireplace. Vaulted ceilings and large windows overlook the mountains, giving you a pristine view of the area. All the rooms are carpeted, adorned with artwork, and have large windows overlooking the sweeping Truckee landscape. The recently updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and beautiful wood cabinetry. The handsome dining area has seating for everyone below a beautiful chandelier. Take advantage of the private balcony overlooking the complex every morning with a cup of coffee for a serene way to start the day.



Public amenities include the area's best family-friendly skiing at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. For sledding and tubing, make your way to Snowplay, or explore 100 km of trails at the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. In the summer, practice your swing at Tahoe Donner Golf Course and explore over 60 miles of hiking trails in the area. To venture out on horseback, visit the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center.

Things to Know

The HOA community pool is only accessible June 1 through Labor Day weather and construction permitting.

The mud room is insulated and features coat hooks and storage space.

The garage is accessible once you enter the home. A garage door remote is available for your convenience.

The Tahoe Donner HOA has instituted new changes to their Guest Pass Policy. This home has 6 guest passes (one pass per person aged 3 and up). Tahoe Donner amenity rates are subject to change. 6 cards are available with 1 person per card. Please contact Tahoe Donner for up to date pricing.

We had a great time. Perfect location for Donner Downhill. Great location of the unit in the complex. Amenities are as listed and the unit is spacious in the kitchen and living room compared to others in the complex. 5 minute walk to Donner downhill lodge

Super close to the slopes. We had a lot of fun. Enough sunlight in mornings and rooms were decent sized. Kitchen was well stocked and easily accessible. Couple of minor things: condo should mention the number of steps to reach the condo so guests are prepared. The dryer vent needs to be fixed as lint is getting pushed out to the back wall in the bathroom.

Lovely condo -well appointed

We had 4 people staying in this unit. While it's not the biggest condo, it is very well designed and spaced. The kitchen was well stocked with good cookwear (yay!) and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit and move around comfortably. The only negative is no deck or balcony to enjoy the views from.

Family vacation

We had a great time. The condo was very nice. The only issue we had was finding the condo unit. The layout is not intuitive and it took some time to locate it. We called the number provided and they were very helpful though. I would recommend a map be provided. Other than that we had a great time and would definitely go back!

Great location - be careful looking for the unit

The property is within walking distance to Donner downhill ski resort. The rooms and amenities were great and comfortable as described. However, the garage space can only fit a compact suv or similar size vehicle which was not indicated on the listing. Thus one of our full size vehicles had to find alternative parking as there is only one parking pass for the property. With the excessive snowfall this season, the pathway to the unit was blocked / re-routed making the property very difficult to find and dangerous due to the snow / icy path through stairs. I wished the property management communicated this so we could have been better prepared.

Great condo at Tahoe Donner

Our family enjoyed staying in this condo. It is a short walk to the lifts at Tahoe Donner downhill with easy parking right out front. The condo is very spacious and had plenty of room for our family. The kitchen is well appointed for making meals. Overall great experience.

Convenient to Tahoe Donner Ski

This condo is incredibly convenient to the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort--just a couple minute walk through the parking lot. Be aware that access to the condo is up two floors of exterior stairs, which was tricky carrying suitcases and supplies in the snow. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the bedrooms more than adequate for our family of four. The bathrooms are dated but no big deal there. Gorgeous view from the living room windows in the snow. The cleaning crew was clearly rushed preparing the place--we had to contact Vacasa for a sponge, dishwasher detergent, etc, but they were very responsive and got the expected supplies to us quickly and with a smile.
