Great weekend in Oakland

Wonderful stay. The property was better than the pictures. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay for our Wedding in the Oakland Hills

We had our wedding at nearby Robert’s Regional Recreation area so picked this VRBO to stay for the weekend. Its location was very convenient for access to the park as well as nearby stores & restaurants. Parking, check-in & out, and general communication with the host were very easy. The home was very clean, decorated simply & nicely and well furnished with everything we needed. Would certainly stay again :)

Lovely stay and communicative host

The host was very accommodating when I had some requests for additional stays. Rafael was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean, kitchen had everything, even ice for their guest! Rafael was quick to respond when there were some questions or requests that arise. Check in and out was super simple. Thanks so much for the stay!

Short trip to the Bay Area

My husband, daughter, son, daughter-in-law and their 2 children stayed 1 night on a quick trip to the Bay Area to visit friends. It was difficult to find, defiantly use the link in the listing. The home was clean and has 1 parking place, and was in a great location for our needs. Unfortunately the listing said sleeps 7, and it has a sofa bed and a twin bed in the living room. There was no twin bed, and no bedding for the sofa bed. We had 5 adults and 2 children in our group and there were not enough beds. The queen beds in the bedrooms were new but hard and made for an uncomfortable night sleep. We didn't find the washer and dryer, or the hot tub/patio.

Thank you for your feedback Tina. Feedback is a gift! 💝 I wish you would have let me know during your stay the trouble you're having finding the rollaway bed and linens. I could have pointed you to where they are in the closet. I am going to update the listing with that information. The linens for the sofa bed are in the sofa bed storage area. The washer and dryer are in the garage. I've updated the listing to clearly describe how to get there. Great to get this feedback from my first guest so I can make it easier to find for future guests. Thank you and have a great 2024!
