If you like spectacular views, this luxurious unit is what you are looking for. Panoramic view of the ocean from the 14th floor, the bay and all of Ocean City. You can see all the way to Bethany. On the 4th of July you will have front row seats to the fireworks. This unit has all glass windows from the dining room all the way over to the living room. Just sit and relax and enjoy the panoramic view. It is well maintained with upgraded kitchen and more. You will enjoy your stay and will want to come back next year! It is a 2 bedroom condo, sleeps 6, and has a pull out Queen sofa. There are two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a California King bed, the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. 3 TVs in living room 40” and one TV 26” and 18” in each of the bedrooms. DVD/VCR, CD/iPOD stereo, cable, FREE WIFI, phone, central air, washer/dryer. One parking spot space 211 $75 common area usage fee is due to be paid to security guard upon arrival CC/cash/check year round. Second vehicle $55 upon availability. The unit is facing south on the 14th floor. YES PICKLEBALL at the Capri and equipment available as well.
Parking space must be vacated no later than 10am so that the cleaning team can park in that space. Check in 4pm / Check out no later than 10am! Keyless check in 24/7. Entry Codes are provided in a separate ‘key access’ email sent to you by Vrbo platform. Security Guards on duty 24/7!
Free parking is offered at Gold Coast Mall or the Public library parking lot for a small parking fee $10/daily. Both locations are across Coastal Highway in walking distance of the Capri complex.
This unit is kept in superior condition for you and your loved ones to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.
My unit and common areas in building are sanitized and disinfected with ongoing and continues efforts regarding the corona virus outbreak. Please be safe! The HVAC thermostat is to be only adjusted in temperature level and must at all times remain in ‘auto’ fan position. The refrigerator must stay on recommended temperature levels which is ‘3’ for freezer and refrigerator. This cannot be adjusted by the guests. Spare sets of batteries are provided in kitchen drawer in case TV remotes need replacements.
Second floor amenities are available! Indoor pool hours 10am-8pm daily.
Guests are required to do the dishes before departure and preferably not wear shoes on the carpeted areas of the unit! Please be extra careful around the walls when transporting luggage and baggage in and out of the unit not marking the walls with stains in order to keep the unit in it’s excellent shape! Beach carts on wheels are not permitted in the elevators nor in the unit itself. All beach related toys and items such as umbrellas and beach chairs are to be stored and kept in the assigned unit storage marked 1409 in the parking lot facing north during your stay. Linens/towels sets are not provided. Master bedroom (king) and guest bedroom (2 singles) and (1) queen size sofa bed. Paper products such as napkins and paper towel and toilet paper tissue are not provided only a starter role is in holder! Please contact E Z Beach rentals located in Ocean City MD to order your linens/towels or of course provide your own. OC Solutions located in Ocean City MD does also provide linens/towel sets.
Comforters and pillows are provided on beds as seen in photo gallery!
Sofa/kitchen sets and tables are to be covered with your blankets/sheets prior to using and sitting.
Disinfecting bathrooms and kitchen area after usage!
