I think the only complaint I have is mostly my fault: the stairs to the flat were a little more than I expected and parking was not near the house at all. It wasn’t a big problem but a challenge for an older guest. The place was very clean. And in a fun area. But the area is noisy. Thankfully, there are plenty of white noise machines!

We found it slept 8 comfortably- 2 to a room. There is one common living area and no where else to put air mattresses. Otherwise we loved the location. The host was so attentive and easy to work with. Host even left us goodies and a bottle of wine to enjoy! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Property. We were 4 old friends traveling so it was wonderful to each have our own rooms with the 3 bathrooms. The rooms were comfortable, clean and loved the decor. Check in was easy and communication great. Checkout easy also with not a lot of tasks to complete. Just a few comments. There weren't any coffee or warm touches in the property. Many times, a small amount of coffee is included to at least get you started for the first day. A positive was that there is a coffee shop just around the corner on Spring St. I also missed that there wasn't really any city information or a book of tips on the area. We went to the visitor center, so I brought back a Charleston Travel Guide with a map to leave at the property. As a first-time visitor to the city this would have been appreciated. The last note was on the parking space. We so appreciated the parking included but it is a little further away than described. One note is that the parking is behind the address given but the driveway to get to the back of the house is on the left-hand side of the house. We had some trouble finding that in the dark but once parked it felt like a secure location off the road. I do agree with other reviews that the location can be loud. We had loud upstairs neighbors one night and you could hear the music from the restaurant downstairs, but it was great music! Overall, a great stay just a few things that we wanted to point out!

Awesome Stay in Charleston

We came to Charleston for a wedding and could not have found a better property for our family! Super Clean! Beds and pillows were comfortable and 4 bedrooms with 3 full Bathrooms, within walking distance of King Street and great shops and restaurants! The unit has been tastefully and completely renovated. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and appartement, noisy area

Positives: The appartement was beautiful and very clean. High quality furniture and appliances. The location is very good, a few minutes away from downtown and all the restaurants and bars yiu might want to go to. Negatives: The appartement has a kitchen but nowhere to eat! No dining table or counter with stools to eat if you didn’t plan on going to the restaurant all the time. The area is very noisy from the upstairs neighbours jumping around late at night to cars going down the street with full bass. The side neighbour also has dogs that can be heard growling quite loudly from 2 of the rooms during the day as well as at night. However this was kind of expected considering this is an older building and not necessarily as well insulated.
