Great location not far from IU campus. Very quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable home. Wish the weather had been better so we could have used the deck. We had to extend our stay two nights, and Kelly was very responsive - made it very easy. I would stay here again.

The house was very comfortable for 7 adults during a wedding weekend. We were able to walk everywhere downtown and even to campus. Parking was easy off the alley. Overall, a great place to stay.

Perfect!

5 ⭐️’s!! Really nice for families with 4 bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, comfy family room with TV…Very clean with very comfortable mattresses, and bed linens. Great communication with host and beautifully decorated. Perfect!! Would definitely stay again!

This home is absolutely beautiful. The parking is really bad, the ally to get to the back of the house is very narrow.our truck was scratched up with overgrown bushes and tree limbs driving to get to the back of the house where we had to park. The AC did not work well at all, it was 79* - 82* in the home on some of the hottest days in July. The owner refunded 100 for the inconvenience and we thought that was considerate. We did enjoy our stay with our friends although we were uncomfortable with the AC not working properly. I personally would not stay here again due to the cost of the home compared to the inconvenience of different issues. If you have a nice vehicle, make sure they have trimmed up the ally so your vehicle doesn't get scratched up like ours did and make sure they have the AC working properly if your there over the summer months.

The property was clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, we visited when the weather was cold and the house is not well insulated or heated. Other than that it worked out great for the entire family to gather and have a place to come and go. Location was a good local to restaurants, downtown and campus. We recommend it but not during cold weather.
