Great location for a guys golf trip at IU - we ended up renting 2 units in the property and there was plenty of space for the group. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus.

The Bobby Knight townhouse was perfect for our family of four! It provided everything we needed for our stay and was a short drive to great restaurants. The host Ryan was very responsive when I reached out to him. The unit was clean (but does need a professional cleaning). We also loved playing the video game in the unit during our stay! Everyone loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. The space and layout worked really well for us. However, if you choose the master bedroom, be prepared to hear trucks and other traffic coming in and out of the trailer park directly behind the unit and the business across the street. I would recommend the owners to add window treatments to the patio door which overlooks the trailer park. None of the concerns mentioned would stop me from staying here again. I would definitely choose Hoosier inspired Bobby Knight Hall!

IU football getaway

We needed a place to stay for 9 adults and this townhouse worked out great. It was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was conveniently located and suited our needs for the weekend. Ryan was a great host and very responsive. We would stay there again!

Great rental unit with a Hoops twist

Th Bobby Knight unit was really nice and comfortable for 5 moms. We had plenty of room and had a blast. Great communication from the host!!!

Family Reunion

We have a cousins reunion in Nashville, IN and couldn't find an affordable place for all of us to stay. We found this space with great apprehension and are grateful that it was close enough to be able to enjoy time together outside of the reunion. We enjoyed the entire experience. There were four bedrooms each with a bathroom and another bathroom that had a washer and dryer in it. Our adult children loved the table electronic games and enjoyed playing corn hole. The price was expensive but combined made it affordable.

Great Spot With Fun Game Machine

Loved the Bobby Knight townhouse! True IU basketball fans, we enjoyed all of the basketball touches throughout. Great communication and responsiveness of our host, Ryan, when the smoke alarms were all chirping. (Guess they all go out at the same time) Comfortable beds throughout, and plenty of room to spread out. The video game console was a bonus for all! Our only critique would be to have hand towels and wash cloths in each bathroom. (We found them, but had to search a bit.) We needed to pick up a couple things from the store, but most everything we needed for cooking was there. Would definitely stay again!space to spread out

Clean, quiet, private retreat for multi-generational gathering in Bloomington. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths it was perfect for everyone from Grandma to siblings at IU graduation weekend. Really appreciated the private baths as guests were from different time zones and on different schedules. We all enjoyed the video game console and games. Watched NBA playoffs on the TVs. Definitely recommend the complex and would rent again!

Having 4 bedrooms with each bedroom having its own master bathroom is one big difference. Bathrooms feature blue tooth speaker! Having new washer and dryers make it nice for tenants to do their laundry.
