Loved Location and the perfect family accommodation.

First trip to Myrtle Beach. The location is perfect. We were looking for a quiet retreat and it was wonderful. We were directly on the beach steps to the ocean. It worked well with an infant someone could still enjoy the ocean breeze and scene on the screened porch while baby was napping. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you would need for any meal. Very clean and it appeared recent updates had been made. We hope to enjoy another stay when we get back to the area .

The view from this condo is definitely worth it, BUT my biggest complaint is the air conditioner did not work properly. We didn’t sleep very well because it was so hot. There was also mold in the coffee maker, food splatters all over the cabinets, and piles of sand swept into corners. A deep clean and attention to detail would go a long way. It would have been a lot more convenient if there would have been a keypad on the door to get in instead of having to drive to the other side of town to pick up keys and then drop them off as well at checkout, not to mention having to keep up with the key at the beach/pool. Providing additional trash bags would have been nice too, we only had the one in the trash can. I’ve also never rented at a location where you had to put the sheets on the bed, that was a first. After traveling all day, we were exhausted but still had to dress the beds before we could go to sleep. The internet did not work at all. There were also several light bulbs out and we had to put batteries in the TV remote. I just had high expectations for the amount of money we paid to stay here.

James Finger May 18, 2024 Property rented for May 12, 2024 to May 17, 2024. This property is at a good location, ocean front, corner room, second floor, giving a good view of the beach. All this property needs is a good cleaning. The porch furniture was covered in heavy dirt, rear bedroom furniture had not been dusted (came off on shirt), stove top and oven needed cleaning badly including kettle on top of stove, keurig coffee maker still had a used pod in it and needed cleaning, dishwasher had a black substance spilled all inside (took two wash cycles to clean), all sinks and faucets needing cleaning before using, (white spots all over, possibly toothpaste). The realtor offered to send a cleaning crew out to clean but we were already in and did not want to mess with a cleaning crew so we cleaned/sanitized what we wanted to use and went on with our vacation. We checked in about 4PM and this place should have been cleaned by 3PM not after we moved in and start our vacation. We paid for exit cleaning and still had to clean. We will stay in this area again but not in this unit.

Great location

The property was nice. It was very spacious. The view was lovely. I will definitely rent from them in the future. My only complaint was the cleanliness. There was a thick layer of dust everywhere and the remote controls for the TV were corroded and did not work. Other than that, a very nice condo.

Property was well maintained and met our needs .

We had a wonderful time . The unit was perfect with ocean front and over looking the pool . Only down fall was whether you were at the ocean or the pool there was no bathroom outside the unit. A pool area rest room should be a must.
