MAGICAL WINTER ESCAPES AWAIT IN MAGGIE VALLEY! Located just one mile from the Festival Grounds. Spacious front & back porches make our cabin the perfect place to enjoy!

Newly-Installed Mini Split A/C within the cabin available for guest use.

Gas fireplace, Outdoor Fire-Pit, vaulted ceiling, & breathtaking mountain views! The flat, gravel driveway allows parking for 2 cars. MOTORCYCLE/TRAILER/PET FRIENDLY (16' Max Trailers only).

Other things to note:
In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees will apply:
$150 Cleaning Fee (includes extensive cleaning and turnover before every guest)

$100 Pet Fee
11% Tax – NC State & Haywood County Taxes.
• Please note: Late checkouts without prior approval will incur a $100 fine.

This property is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The home includes multiple stairs, uneven surfaces, and narrow doorways that may make accessibility difficult for those using wheelchairs or walkers.

We are close to Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Teague’s Convenience Store, and several Dollar General stores so that you may stock up for your vacation. There’s wonderful hiking trails within a very short drive from Cozy Elk Cabin.

Other attractions are BEARS, ELK, TURKEY, FOX, AND FIREFLIES.

This cabin has enhanced CDC cleaning measures that are implemented. The property is cleaned with disinfectant and contactless check-in and out.

The cabin is beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. It was a great location to visit GSM National Park.We even saw elk in the field across from the cabin. The front porch is great for relaxing at the end of the day or for sipping that early morning cup of coffee.Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We normally like to get a more secluded cabin in the woods but you couldn’t beat how close to town you were at this cabin. We also loved that the kids had a nice flat yard to run around in. We used the fire pit several times and the fireplace inside everyday. The inside of the cabin was perfect and cozy. My favorite spot was the couch in front of the fireplace watching some classic movies.

PERFECT Elk Cabin!

This is our second stay and it was even better than our first! We had elk visit close to the cabin almost every night! 10 out of 10 and will only stay at this property moving forward! Close to town and close to the Smokies!!

Maggie Valley Getaway

A perfect father/daughter motorcycling trip. Communication was great, cabin was well equipped and in excellent condition. The grounds were meticulously kept and included a nice fire pit and outside dining table/seating for 6.

Magnificent in Maggie Valley

This is our second time at this cabin. Really enjoy the cleanliness of the cabin,the location and the view from the front porch. This includes the mountain view as well as the elk feeding in the field across the road. Eve the cabin fairy is a wonderful hostess. We will return next year.
