The house is just as pictured: spacious, welcoming and all amenities very accomodating. Tom is a very gracious and responsive host. The parking was a plus. We definitley look forward to returning for another stay.

Great communication from the host! Our stay was great! The location was perfect for us. We were a family of 5 and we had good space and were very comfortable . Near the highways and easy to find.

Terrific Family Friendly Stay

Tom is a great host and the home is large, modern, clean and conveniently located. I stayed here with my wife and 2-year old and we loved it. I plan on staying here again!

I would be surprised if there is a more gracious host in all of VRBO-land than Tom Ayers. He is the most welcoming, accommodating and friendly owner we've ever dealt with. The house was perfect for our needs; close to our son, near restaurants and attractions, plus the décor is as inviting and interesting as you can find. All the necessary items for a perfect visit are there...the kitchen has all the appliances you can need, 2 roomy bedrooms and spacious living area. We will stay there when we come back to LA.

A beautiful home, excellent value, and a wonderful host (Tom) who went out of his way to make our stay special. From the care taken in preparing the house to his efforts to make sure we were comfortable, his hospitality felt warm and personal. He clearly puts a great deal of thought into his guests’ experience, and we really appreciated it.The house is spacious, spotlessly clean, secure, and very comfortable. The large, well-equipped kitchen was a pleasure to use, and the generous living room provided plenty of space to relax. The two bedrooms have large, comfortable beds (one king and one queen) and the beautifully appointed bathroom includes a new shower, bathtub, and bidet. There was also an extensive selection of television options, including a cleverly concealed TV at the foot of the master bed - a fun extra touch.Our host also took the trouble to prepare the backyard for us, where we enjoyed a lovely barbecue lunch - one of the highlights of our stay.The neighborhood has a mix of old and new and is still evolving, with a somewhat different feel from the polished interior of the house. Shops and a supermarket are conveniently located just a three-minute walk away.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The combination of a lovely home and such a caring, attentive host made this a particularly memorable stay.

Great Stay will come back

This is a charming home with a quaint backyard and a lovely kitchen. We loved all the personal touches. The bathtub was also a dream! 5 stars all the way

Great Find!

I have been looking for an alternative to hotels in the Van Nuys, Woodlands Hills area. Our daughter lives in the area and we visit often. We like our own space. So our VRBO search found this home. It is clean, warm and comfortable. The property is as pictured. Because of heavy rains, we were unable to enjoy the outside space. Best part of our experience was the communication with the owner. He was immediately responsive to our requests. We will return!

Lovely home, well-maintained and clean. Tom is an excellent host who made sure we were comfortable and even made out dog feel welcome. Will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.
