About this property

5 minutes to the BEACH! Beautiful neighborhood on intercoastal. Family friendly

Cozy three bedroom home located in a neighborhood sitting on the intercoastal. Enjoy taking our two kayaks out on the water. We provide some family games and books that you can enjoy and maybe take onto the covered lanai to watch a beautiful sunset. Nokomis Beach (5 minutes away) and Siesta beach are very close by. Enjoy an outdoor shower in the fenced in back yard after spending a day on the white sandy beach. Yard toys are here as well. Lots of incredible restaurants are nearby without the traffic of the bigger cities.
This place feels like home away from home.
The king bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower. There is a queen bedroom that is also attached to a full bath. The third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed as well as a twin bed. We also have a gaming console for entertaining the kids. We have a well stocked kitchen with the tools you need to make dinner, smoothies, panini's, and more so you can make yourself right at home as well as a grill outdoors for your use.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn the AC to 75
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Contact me regarding your number of guests. Any guests that stay over 8 people will have a $100 additional fee per additional guest.
Please report any damage at the time of the incident. If there are missing or damaged sheets, there will be a charge of $50 per set.
Guests staying over 2 weeks will be charged after booking a cleaning fee and home will be cleaned at 2 weeks in. Will schedule at you're convenience.

Beautiful home & wonderful stay!

This was a beautifully decorated and spacious home in a nice neighborhood on the intercoastal waterway. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay plus more..the kitchen was extremely well stocked and a welcome basket provided. The contacts, Jason & Lisa, were very responsive. I had an issue upon arrival with the A/C which is common in the Florida heat and they responded immediately and sent a repairman within a few hours to fix the issue. We had no further issues with the A/C once resolved. My elderly parents live in memory care nearby and the house was a wonderful calm spot for us all to gather as a family. I would definitely rent this property again!!
