The house was wonderful, in a quiet community. The pool was close and a great area for relaxing. It was a quick and easy drive to the beach, we chose not to walk. I have already talked to my family about going back to this rental next year!

Location was great. Rented bikes at Peddlers as one of the two adult bikes were broken but that was ok. Restocked some of their swim equipment as both boogie boards were broken but that was also ok. Publix was close which was amazing. Dining was great around the place as well. Beds were very comfy. Place was clean overall. Community pool was amazing. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely clean home with fun games, easy walk or drive to the beach and many other amenities. All the beach gear was there for us, which really made it an easy and awesome trip. Host was excellent with communication. Would happily stay again!

This was a beautiful house and nice neighborhood. I loved how it was so close to everything we wanted to do. The beaches here are absolutely beautiful. I would most definitely stay here again.

Holiday getaway

We went for a post-Christmas getaway and were very pleased with this house. Clean, spacious, quiet were all good things. Walking distance to Inlet Beach (about 15 minutes) and the Promenade on 30A (about 5-7 minutes), so good access for all. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to contact. We would definitely use them again!

We had such a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Panama City! The home is incredibly family-friendly and located in a quiet, cozy neighborhood surrounded by beautiful greenery, which made it feel peaceful and safe throughout our visit.The location was one of our favorite parts — it’s within walking distance to 30A Avenue, where we enjoyed live music, great restaurants, and open green spaces where the kids could run and play. It was so nice to have everything close by without needing to get in the car.The house itself was thoughtfully equipped for families. Having a crib and high chair available made traveling with the little one much easier. The kitchen felt especially warm and inviting, perfect for preparing meals together, and the game room was a big hit for both kids and adults. There were also plenty of sleeping arrangements, making it comfortable for everyone to have their own space.Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home. The host responded immediately to any of our questions and needs!

Comfortable house, nice space

Nice house, close bike/walk to the beach, and super close walk to great restaurants where highway 98 meets 30 A on highway 98. The listing is misleading as it presents itself to be south of 98 and north of 30A. This house is north of 98. I booked believing the house was north of 30A but located in charming Rosemary. The house was nice but not in “charming Rosemary.” The house is in a nice neighborhood north of highway 98. If you have older kids who want to hang with their fiends in Rosemary the walk/bike ride home can be a bit concerning even though the area is quite safe. The tunnel is close and fantastic. Bikes and beach chairs were provided along with beach toys which was a nice feature. VRBO needs to do better with their “location feature”. Lock up the bikes!!! Lots of games in the house if you have younger kids who are into that.
