Smart TV's in other bedrms & lanai. Gas grill in pool area. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart, cardio equipment located in the 2 car garage. All just minutes to Mercato and Vanderbilt Beach (along with many other area beaches). Home is sparkling clean! Owner is a hotel industry veteran and knows what it takes to be comfortable when you are away from home.
