Beach Place #303 - Here is your perfect home away from home! Enjoy a memorable vacation in this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom updated condo under new ownership! With renovations throughout, chances are you will come back year after year. Being just a few steps from all the amenities Madeira Beach offers, is just the icing on the cake! Free Wifi Please note there is ONE parking spot for Beach Place #303 and there is no additional parking on Beach Place property.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The kitchen now features granite countertops, modern cabinetry and opens up into the breakfast area and spacious living room. Here you will discover comfortable seating and large plasma television all wrapped up in soothing tropical colors. The outdoor balcony provides panoramic views of John's Pass Village.

The master bedroom has two queen beds, and television with attached master bath. The nice sized second room, also has two queen beds, television, and plenty of dresser drawer space as well. The bathrooms have been remodeled with new tile, cabinets and granite countertops. As a SunHost Resorts managed unit, this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. It really doesn't get much better than this!

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

As a guest of 303 Beach Place, you will find you are centrally located to all of the area's amenities. This includes the one of a kind beaches, heated swimming pool, AND BBQ facilities. Located across the street, is popular John's Pass Village. The Village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience was not very pleasant. The beds were horrible. And the noise situation was unbearable sometimes. Your balcony in this particular condo faces a public parking lot for the beach and access to John's pass. Is a very popular fishing spot. The noise like I said was unbearable at times. I think it's time to upgrade the windows and the patio door. Not a very good experience at all. I would not recommend this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have been coming to Maderia Beach for the past 6 yrs. had stopped during Covid-19 and returned this past Feb.2023. As always we enjoy coming as the location is perfect for us. Our condo nice, comfortable and clean. Had some issues with the TV that were resolved(remote sticking). Very disappointed with the change in booking for the following year. When we went to rebook the same condo for 2024 we were told that it was already booked. In the past the renter always had first choice. Even though there was a SMALL strip of paper in our envelope telling us if we were interested in rebooking we had to go to the office with 24/48 hours upon our arrival. This was not handled correctly since we had to go and check in after our arrival the office staff should have reminded us at that time about the changes made for bookings, so needless to say we could not rebook the same condo and our friends had the same issue.... this is very disappointing. One least thing, cannot believe that the bath tubs/showers r not equipped with handicap bars for safety getting in and out for protection fr falling. Not good

Reviewer Comments: The condo needs updated with fresh paint, windows and especially the bedroom furniture. The master bedroom windows need replaced. I had to check to make sure they weren’t open as the street noise was very loud at night when trying to sleep. The location of the public access lot didn’t help with the noise level in the evening as people seemed to “cruise” the lot. The bedroom lamp would only work when you plugged it in or unplugged it. The master bathroom shower needs to have fixtures updated as well. Was very hard turn the water on and it appeared moldy under the handle. Kitchen was decently stocked.

The condo had roaches, terrible Beds and pillows, very dusty condo, dust was everywhere. So your housekeeping does not do a good job. Location was great that’s about it.

Long weekend stay

This condo was a good one for a long weekend. It's noisy at times because of the location (traffic) but you can see the water (partial) and the drawbridge at John's pass. The location is great if you want to shop and dine at John's pass without driving. The condo itself did not have beach towels, beach chairs or toys, or a washer/dryer in the unit. For a longer stay a more well equipped condo would be better.

Condo is great. Very well equipped. Was a little worried beds looked slept in but made. Love the set up of the condo and location. Will continue to come back. WIFI needs to be upgraded.
