The property appeared to be currently under renovation. Access to this property is difficult if you are not physically strong due to the incline of the stairs inside and outside. There is very limited parking on the one lane road. It was difficult to get out of our vehicle safely. If the neighborhood transitions and the abandoned dilapidated homes are are removed or restored it would be more welcoming. The interior was very clean and the location was good. Our host was vert responsive. Overpriced for the reasons stated above.

The property was recently renovated and is no longer under renovation. Many homes in this area are located on hillsides, which allows for scenic views, so there are stairs to the property as noted and illustrated in the description. This cul-de-sac street is very quiet, safe, private and peaceful. Thank you for confirming the home interior is kept very very clean and the location is good, and also your host was very responsive. Prices vary pending festive activities in the area, we understand your concerns and have made adjustments. Thank you for your feedback.
