A gas grill is located on one of the open decks with dining for eight on the screen porch just off of the kitchen. Rocking chairs, Adirondack chairs, benches, and an outdoor sofa provide seating for everyone in each of the four outdoor spaces where the whisper of the ocean can be heard.

The living room is open and warm and is the perfect gathering point for your entire family. Wood planks line the walls to give 12 42nd Avenue a true cottage feel that is so unique to the Island. The dining area features seating for six and opens to the newly renovated kitchen that has plenty of room for all the chefs of the house to work. 12 42nd Avenue is highlighted by four bedrooms that share two full baths. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible.
