We enjoyed our 5 day stay. Quiet neighborhood, well equipped home with plenty of room for our 4 guest party. Close to I 385 and golf courses. Good restaurants and shops in Simpsonville.

We booked this house for a girls trip with 4 friends from college. Great location, about 15 minutes from downtown Greenville. We had a great time shopping and eating, plus seeing the waterfall!, in Greenville. Simpsonville, where the house is located, had plenty of dining options (highly recommend Stella). As for the house, plenty of room and set up was great for hanging out in the den or in the fenced in back yard. The neighborhood felt very safe and I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood each morning. Highly recommend this property and the area!

The home was clean and welcoming. The kitchen and supplies were more than adequate. Very nice snacks awaited our arrival. Easy access and good communication. Plenty of towels in bathrooms. We had everything we needed. The backyard fire pit was a wonderful addition as well as the hammock. We enjoyed our stay.

The host is excellent, easy to communicate with and friendly. The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay there. There was a large group of us, including small children, and we were comfortable. The house is kid friendly, with a nice yard for them to play in. The beds were comfortable. The bath towels were plenty and nice. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with dishes and utensils. The washer and dryer were nice to have. The only negative is the main bathroom was a bit dirty and we had to unclog the bathtub drain. Overall, it was a comfortable and nice place for us. The location is very convenient, and it’s in a lovely neighborhood.
