Beautifully renovated home close to Woodland Park, Columbia Academy downtown Columbia, and Maury Regional Hospital. New roof, kitchen, Bathrooms, closets, paint, drywall, fixtures, including a newly finished basement with over 900 sq ft of space for entertaining or 4th bedroom with his and her closets. Lots of storage space and closet space. Large living room and large dining room for family Relax in the sun room or the screened-in porch. Lots of hardwood flooring and a large utility room that can also be used as a hobby room. Woodland Park is around the corner, with nice shelters, a large pond, a playground, disc golf, and tennis courts. All bathrooms are on the main level.

This time of year in Middle Tennessee we get invaded by stink bugs and ladybugs. Even though we have a very liable pest control system there is nothing that can stop some of them from finding their way in a house. If you see any they are harmless and we have provided a hand vac that can remove them if needed.
