Renovated modern 1 bedroom apartment located on a high floor having panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Condado Lagoon, Port of San Juan, and Ashford Avenue from all rooms. The water views are breathtaking by day and as spectacular by night when Condado's Ashford Avenue and San Juan come alive. Sit on the balcony's comfortable patio furniture and absorb the surroundings while sipping a cool drink. The condo is within walking distance to many spectacular beaches and dining. It is located diagonally from the newly built Condado Vanderbilt and Condado Ocean Club Hotels and two blocks from the La Concha Hotel and a block from the Ventana al Mar Park and Condado beach. You are in the heart of Condado and within walking distance to all. Kayaking, Paddle Boarding and other water sport rentals are available at the lagoon. Some of the other local amenities are the hotels, casinos, bars, nightclubs, restaurants and shopping. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also nearby. Public transportation (B21 bus or cab) can take you to Old San Juan. Upon request, my property manager can act as your personal tour guide. Feel free to view my other 1 BR Condado apartment # 3619351 located in the same building. A great option when traveling with more than one couple.

The condo was in a great building in a great location. Several great shops and restaurants were within just a few minute walk. My wife and I did walk into Old San Juan twice, and it is about 1 hour from the property, but a nice walk as we got to see a lot. Anthony was easy to work with and Maritza the property manager made checking in easy. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Rico.

Shops & Restaurants are walking distance. Parking is under the building 25.00 a day with in & out.Walls & windows not sound proof. Located on the 8th floor. You can hear all loud noises from street level.

Condado, part of San Juan, is a city on the ocean. It is full of life and has a vibrant lively culture. You will hear the sound of the Atlantic Ocean as well as the sounds of people having a good time. Some call it the Miami of the Caribbean. If you are looking for a quiet place in the country, Condado is not the place for you.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo and once again, we had a perfect stay! It was perfect the first time, though they have updated since then. The star of this condo is the balcony! Ashford Avenue is just below. For the second time, we watched a Breast Cancer Awareness bike-a-thon. We had previously watched a 10K race. That aside, just staring out to the ocean is the best!

I have traveled many times from New York to Condado starting when I was a young boy. I fell in love with the warm friendly people, the delicious food and unbelievably beautiful beaches. There are so many fun things to see and do that it is impossible to do it all on one visit to the island. Go out and explore this magical island.

The views are simply spectacular wherever you are in the apartment. There are water views everywhere and the location is right in the middle of Condado with easy access to all.
