Great property, easy access to Dripping Springs and Austin. The house was great, the kitchen appliances plentiful, very clean and comfortable beds and pillows. The game rooms were so much fun, wenlit up the trees played darts and ping-pong and had a wonderful time.

Rustic, nice setting. Lots of short stairs inside and out.The kitchen was pretty good for cooking, the oven temperature can be problematic, need more than one kitchen towel. Had plenty of bath towels but need more hand towels and face cloths. Dining table was big, TV great! None of the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom. Stairs to both. We are in our 70's and in pretty good shape but the sidewalks and stairs were a constant reminder to be careful! It would be nicer if our car could of been unloaded and loaded closer to the house for a 9 day stay. Price was good.

Great stay in a peaceful location

Property was great as well as the house. It had a lot of craftsmanship to appreciate in the woodwork. Outside area was great and we had a lot of fun playing pingpong. Only think to beware of is the upstarirs would be difficult for older adults to climb. It was more like a ladder than stairs but my daughter loved it up there. Owner was very responsive and gave good directions.
