This stunning retreat is located in the private gated resort of High Pointe, nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. With fantastic amenities, breathtaking views, and easy access to the beautiful beaches of 30A, it’s the perfect place to get away!



Bikes are available year-round and 1 Beach Chair setup (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are included courtesy of La Dolce Vita March 1st through October 31st! Just let the on-site staff know which condo you are staying in!



High Pointe Resort 131 is a gorgeous ground-floor condo with three bedrooms and three baths accommodating up to eight. Feel your cares drift away once inside this beautiful oasis with all the comforts of home, but better! An open-concept living/dining area welcomes you inside while floor-to-ceiling windows showcase incredible views of the stunning grounds and lagoon-style pool just outside your door. Modern appointments and updated appliances in the kitchen make meal prep a cinch on those nights you’d prefer to stay in. Whether relaxing in the living room, with plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV, or lounging on the patio with a good book, you’ll find this idyllic setting a peaceful escape from morning to night. Bathrooms are spacious and modern, while cozy bedrooms offer plush comforts and a welcome retreat at the end of the day. With two king-sized beds, a queen bed, and a twin bunk, everyone will sleep comfortably and wake up refreshed for new adventures! A full-sized washer and dryer is an additional convenience to enjoy during your stay.



With so many amenities, you may never want to leave the resort! From tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, a playground for the kids, and newly added pickle ball courts you’ll all find plenty to do. Plus, the lagoon-style people will keep everyone entertained for hours. Walk to the beach, then hit the on-site restaurant, Crabby Steve’s, for a light bite before exploring the surrounding communities. Head west to Alys Beach or Seacrest Beach for an afternoon of shopping. Travel east and hike through Camp Helen State Park or paddleboard on Lake Powell, the largest coastal dune lake around!

Great for beach time with the family

Very nice 3 bedroom condo right on the beach and next to the pool for a relaxing holiday. Our family of 5 loved spreading out in this condo to chill, cook at home, enjoy the pool and beach. Very easy to access amenities, plus easy shopping right across the street. Nice path for walking. Plenty of families around for a great energy of fun.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but honestly, this place is worth leaving one for. Where do I even start?Everything that could have gone wrong in this unit, did…and the Scenic Stays does not care.Ants everywhere, no hot water, faulty outlets, washing machine not working…you name the issue, that unit has it. I’m sure that there are other units at this property not managed by Scenic Stays that you could have a much better experience at. The location is great and it’s nice to be so close to the beach. Just avoid this unit at all cost!!

Perfect Vacation

My wife and I, along with two of our adult daughters, our close friends and their daughter, stayed at High Pointe 131 and had a wonderful experience. The unit is perfectly located outside and within a few steps of the pool and Crabby Steve’s. There was plenty of seating in the living/dining room for our group of (7) adults to comfortably enjoy evening time after returning from dinner. We’re regular visitors of High Pointe and this unit has by far been our favorite.

HP 131

It would be nice if there were salt and pepper shakers, we bought some. Also at least 2 soaps for every bathroom. Liquid soap at kitchen sink would be great and 1 more trash bag would get us through the week. I was very happy with the capability to text back and forth.

Not a good stay

Not having a smart tv in kids room is terrible. TV would not work because no cable tv. No spoons in kitchen. Dryer does not dry clothes. For the money paid. Condo amenities should be improved. I will not stay in this unit again. Not worth the money paid. I have been coming to High Pointe for over 35 years, Maybe it is time to look somewhere else. Also, fix the showers on the walkway. Half don’t spray water correctly.

Absolutely perfect location

This is an ideal location for Seacrest and Rosemary beach. The condo is a ground floor, corner unit just 12 steps from pool. Walk the length of the pool to access boardwalk and steps to beach. Additionally, it is a very easy walk to Seacrest and Rosemary beach stores. There are ample bike paths to explore areas beyond the immediate area. The unit with 2 king en-suite bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom with bathroom, has queen bed plus a set of bunks. It worked perfectly for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The complementary beach chairs (2) plus umbrella was set up for us each day and taken down by staff. It was always ready to go when we reached the beach. The 2 complimentary bikes were nice. There was an issue with no one available when we requested our bikes, had to wait over an hour for someone to show up. Once we got them we were able to keep them until our departure. The next time we travel to Panama Beach area we would definitely rebook this unit.

NONE OF THE TVS WORKED THE WHOLE WEEK!

This was our 4th visit to Highpoint and this was the worst rental we have had. (First with this company). None of our 4 TVs worked. After calling about the TVs. Maintenance did not come until our 2nd. We were told that 2 were streaming and 2 were cable. The streaming did not work, even with us trying to log in with our own streaming service. With 3 kids this was not acceptable. The cable ones we were told would have to have the cable company come on day 5 of our rental. As far we know no one came as those TV's never worked. 1 had a remote that would not work to turn on and the other didn't have a remote at all. We called several times and the only thing we were offered was to move to Panama City Beach. We were not packing up all of our things and kids to move 30 min away to a place we did not know. After several more calls we were offered a refund for 4 nights. We have yet to see that credit on our card. The location was great and the grounds themselves were great, but this ordeal with kids and no TVs was not good. Could someone please look into this matter. Thank you!
