SPRING/SUMMER WEEKS AVAILABLE! 4th floor directly on BEACH - FULL SUNSET VIEW!

If you are looking for a ROMANTIC OR RELAXING get away with your family, our beautifully appointed unit is directly over the beach - so close you can hear the sea gulls calling and the waves lapping against the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Not only can you enjoy this panoramic vista from the spacious balcony, but it can also be viewed through the ceiling to floor window wall in the spacious living room. The master bedroom also overlooks this spectacular scene, so you can lie in bed and enjoy!

Edgewater boasts more amenities than any other Panama City Beach resort. We have vacationed for many years at EBR and were fortunate to finally acquire a condo of our own. NO other PCB resort has an 11,500 square foot lagoon pool laden with lush tropical plants and towering palms. There are three other pools on the property (two of which are heated) and four large hot tubs. Adjacent to the lagoon pool is Ocean's Restaurant. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the bar serves all your favorite drinks until late each evening. During Spring Break and in the summer, there is also a Pizza Hut by the Lagoon Pool and a couple of other eateries. If you need pampering, there is a spa and beauty salon on site. Plus there's an exercise room if your goal is keeping off those vacation pounds :-)

On the beach you will find jet ski rentals, parasailing, or you can brave the big banana. Golfers and tennis players need only to walk across the street to EBR's own golf course and tennis courts. Within a couple of miles of the resort you will find Shipwreck Island (a huge waterpark), dinner cruises, Shell Island, night clubs, Gulf World, a state park, sport fishing, and fabulous Pier Park.

Everything you need to help you relax and unwind can be found at Edgewater Beach Resort either on the property or within a short walking distance. We love our condo and Edgewater, and we are sure that you will too!

We loved everything about this condo! Being in Leeward was so nice for parking close to the beach path and the room was so convenient to the elevator. It has a great view from the balcony and our area of the beach was so much less crowded than where the big towers were. I'd definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean and the view was incredible! The little section of the beach in front in the condo wasn’t too busy compared to down the way in front of the bigger towers, which was ideal! Tammy was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. We definitely hope to come back in the future!

Colorful Condo Happy Vibes

Perfect location right on the beach, convenient to shopping and great restaurants. This colorful condo is filled with happy vibes, a REALLY comfortable king-sized bed, and a beautiful balcony for watching the sunset. EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT AT YOUR FINGERTIPS

The selling point for me on this was it doesn't have the hustle and bustle of a big resort style condo but you have all the amenities of one. NO WAITING FOR ELEVATORS FOREVER!!! DIDN'T HAVE TO WALK A MILE THROUGH A BIG RESORT STYLE CONDO, UP AND DOWN ELEVATORS AND ACROSS THE STREET TO SEARCH FOR MY CAR IN A PARKING DECK! Being a single mom vacationing with my kids & mom I am the one doing all the running back and forth to the car or to the store and this made it SO MUCH EASIER ON ME! I have stayed at a resort style condo before that with elevator waits and walking it would take me 20+ minutes to "run to the car" but not with this place. It was nice to have a pool at our building for during the day that was laid back to be able to enjoy with my mom and little one and at night my teen and I would go to the big pool that had a little more action going on. Walmart is a short drive away and many things my teen and I could walk to. The views of the ocean and sunset from the living room, bedroom and balcony are just beautiful!

We love Panama City Beach and have been coming to Edgewater since it was just a grouping of cinder block cottages - way before it was transformed into the resort it is today. It was a no brainer to purchase a condo when the first towers were constructed. We purchased a beautiful condo in the Leeward. We have kept it updated and to the highest standards. It sits directly on the beach, and if you are needing some beach therapy, look no further than Leeward 404. We know that you'll enjoy our condo as much as we do.
