Our group had a great stay! Communication was excellent, check-in was incredibly easy, and the instructions for the parking and the property were very clear. We also really appreciated the local recommendations and variety of options! The house had plenty of space for our group, lots of bathrooms (very important for 5 grown women getting ready at the same time!) and very comfortable beds. Getting to downtown Charleston was a very quick and low-stress drive, and there was also plenty around without having to trek downtown daily. Everything made for an easy and enjoyable weekend, and we would absolutely book again if we return to Charleston!

Great place to stay!

We were in town for a family wedding and having 4 separate baths was perfect for us all to get ready. The condo was very nice and clean.,The property manager got right on it when we found out there was only one hair dryer in the unit and we all flew in and didn't bring any. Awesome place to stay and Ubers were never more than 5 min away.

Good area outside of main city

This is a good area to stay if you are looking to be outside of downtown Charleston. The access to the Paradiso pool was a big benefit. The drive to downtown is about 25 minutes so it’s a haul, but if you arent looking to be in the main downtown area this is a nice quieter area

The house was amazing for our trip! All rooms were super nice and clean, beds were very comfy, and the house overall just had a great vibe. We did see the occasional dog hair here and there but nothing extreme. I also think every bedroom should be stocked with a ceiling fan as that definitely made a difference in the rooms that did have one. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen was large and perfect for our group. No complaints here and would definitely book again! 10/10 recommend the Mixson!

Amazing space for family ~ walkable and beautiful!

Love this spot and will be back on our next SC adventure. The neighborhood was beautiful, walkable and accessible to so many things that we love about this area. The kitchen is fabulous, and we prepared some great and large family meals. Finally, we appreciate the bedrooms being on different floors to give guests some space - Thank you!! We will be back!

Stayed for 3 nights during Cooper Bridge run weekend. Location is convenient! Only one bedroom has a TV which was a downside for our group. Living room TV kept rebooting randomly which was annoying. No remote for living room TV that had volume adjustment. A couple of the toilets kept running and need servicing. We didn’t cook so can’t comment on kitchen. Overall we were happy with our stay.
