This was the perfect time for our family. Home was clean and welcoming. The host was responsive and helpful. Would recommend this property to anyone coming to Augusta.
Natalie was an exceptional host with the perfect home for a family to gather. We had family members ranging in age from 8 to 93 and all were comfortable in the home. The home was clean and the amenities were just as described. We couldn’t have chosen a better location to spend our time in Augusta. Thank you Natalie, we hope to visit your home again.

Charles, you are way too kind! We love hearing that your family members ranging in age from youngest to oldest enjoyed the home. That truly means a lot. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful family and we hope to see you again!
The house is an old house with some modern updates.. huge space but floors crack loudly as you walk throughout home. The sheets in the room, my husband and I were in, were not clean at all.. had stains and hair on the sheets. Luckily we bought our own sheets, however, tried to pull the sheets back and put ours down, and the mattress covers had pee looking stains! Made the host aware but since we had our own, just said forget it because there was a bigger issue at hand, which I will get to… Someone put the shower head on wrong, and it spits out water in your face while trying to shower. The room my sister and husband were in, said the water pressure was very low and there was hair gunk on the pipe, where toilet is located. The issue that really bothered the most.. we noticed that the house was not cooling and the temp kept rising. I reached out to host(the same time as the dirty sheets) and she basically said that she thought we put the AC on 82 purposefully. Why would anyone do that in hot Augusta weather??? No actually we turned it down to 74, and the temp in the home was 82, not sure what she was looking at on her “app.” After the back and forth, she got someone out to fix it that evening.. we stayed out that whole day because the home was too miserable to stay in and my mom was with us, and couldn’t afford to be in those hot living conditions. Overall it’s ok,. With more updates, it could be better and handling customer’s issues could have been handled in a nicer manner.

Thank you for your review Hannah. We want to know everything good and bad. We have already addressed the bedding issue with our housekeeping as that is certainly a priority. Regarding the AC, that was a combination of 2 things. One needed repair but the other was you did set the temperature to 84 twice and I do have supporting screenshots showing that is what it was set. Clearly in hindsight that was a mistake and it made no sense to us as to why you would do that which is why we asked; nevertheless that is what happened. Thank you!
Had a great stay. House is exactly how it is pictured in the listing. It is in a convenient location and good neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again the next time we are in town.
The accommodations were spacious and the host was very responsive to all of our questions. Would definitely utilize the property again if we return to Augusta.
I highly recommend this for a large family gathering! We had family in town and didn't want to go out for dinnera or we "stayed in", making meals in the big kitchen was a breeze. We had games and the big living area, the back yard was great for my dogs and the deck was beautiful!! was never crowded
Inside is remodeled and fairly nice. Outside needs a lot of work. We had to leave a day early and get a hotel room just to take a shower. The house had no water pressure at all. All shower faucets were completely useless
This beautiful home was just what we needed!!! Lots of space and amenities of home. Great open kitchen for preparing meals, comfy sofa to lounge on with family while watching a movie, nicely appointed family games (scrabble was our favorite) and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a small army. When in Augusta again, I would most definitely book this property.
The living room is the best part! There's a huge couch with a really cool electric fireplace and big tv for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy their time together. The owner is very responsive and we had no issues whatsoever. When we're back in Augusta, we'd be happy to stay here again.
The house was great and very spacious. I recommend fixing the shower water pressure on the bathrooms. Challenging to take showers. I also recommend fixing the walkway to the backyard as it is a big tripping hazard.
My family had a pleasant stay. The house was very spacious with games and entertainment provided. The house is exactly as advertised; very cozy and inviting. The host was amazing with prompt communication, answered all questions, and ensured that we had a great stay. Overall chef kiss—first time in Augustus and this stay made it all the best! Thank you for listing and sharing your home!

House was good lots of room. Found some issues with doors and chairs. Reported to Host/Owner.Outdoor amenities needed some attention. Reported those to Host/Owner. Overall stay was good. Took pics of indoor and outdoor issues and sent them to Host/Owner as well. Good communications with Host/ Owner about issues with positive response to address. Neighborhood was great, ample parking, close to most all things we needed.
Our experience was amazing! We were in Augusta to support our fisherman in the Strike King Bassmaster High School Series for the week. The house was located in a nice quite neighborhood where you felt safe to take a dog on walks. I had the opportunity to talk to some of the friendly neighbors. The house was clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. Every room in this house is great. The fenced in backyard was perfect for pets. Our host was excellent with communicating with any request or questions. I would highly recommend this beautiful home and gave everything the highest ratings! Thank you for everything!
We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our trip to Augusta, and the host was responsive and welcoming. A couple of small things to note for future guests: when backing out of the driveway, the bottom of our cars scraped the ground a bit, so just take it slow and at an angle if possible. Also, the door to the master bedroom on the left tended to stick and was a bit hard to open and close. Neither issue took away from how much we enjoyed the stay. We’d definitely rent again next time we're in Augusta!

Not happy with urine smell and response of owner during masters stay
We rented home for masters. Cost is expectedly high during that week commanding roughly 2000 a night . Main couch smelled of urine that was likely pet from a previous tenant. We couldn’t sit on couch or use main living space. Notified owner who apologized but offered nothing by way of consolation for loss of use of part of the property and instead just explained she didn’t know about it. Before trip we attempted to cancel second night due to medical appointment for one of our other children . The request did come before deadline to receive 50 percent refund. Owner did not agree to dance, did offer to re list which was fair given it was masters week. Did not secure new renter. However, Knowing we paid for a night we couldn’t use made the condition of house unacceptable for the price for the night we did stay.
The property was beautiful and BIG! So many things provided too.Wow, great place and correspondence was perfectly delightful. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much.
