About this property

Our cottage has a 140 square foot screened in porch overlooking Lake Winnisquam and an additional 660 square feet of living space. It is located 11 miles from Weirs Beach. The cottage is directly on Lake Winnisquam and shares a 70 foot sandy beach with a gradual grade which is great for small children and families. Step outside our porch and you will be within 400 feet of the water. Go for daily kayak rides, enjoy fishing right off our day dock, swimming out to our float platform or just relaxing on our beach for the day. Come, unplug and forget about the daily grind of life. With the rental, you will have access to our paddle boat. For an additional cost, we also have dock space available to rent for the week, depending on the size of your boat. Great place, really enjoyed staying here

Absolutely lovely little cottage, spotlessly clean and perfect location!

Myself, husband and 2 boys aged 14 and 10 have just had a fantastic week at the lake cottage. The cottage is in a great location, steps away from the lake but also minutes drive from shops and good restaurants. We spent hours playing in the warm crystal clear lake and enjoyed the camp fires in the evening with our friendly neighbours. We visited some great places nearby for hiking with fabulous views of the beautiful lakes region. A great family holiday for us all, we hope to return again on our next trip to the US!

Our property is a traditional New England cottage on Lake Winnisquam. We believe in getting back to the simple days and always look forward to staying at our property and unplugging from the daily grind of life.

What makes this property unique

Very private area of the lake with 70 feet of sandy beach which is not common on Lake Winnisquam. We have a 15 foot x 15 foot swim platform, a day dock, and a paddleboat.
