Welcome to Green Fern! Located in the heart of the vibrant Seminole Heights neighborhood, you'll be walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, breweries and parks. Enjoy the nice weather on the back deck with provided patio furniture and the fully fenced in yard for your furry friends. Green Fern is a short drive to the Tampa Zoo, Busch Gardens, Armature Works, Amalie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, USF, and many other fun spots in Downtown Tampa. The home is 4 bed 2.5 bath. 4 queen beds and 1 queen blow up mattress are provided for sleeping. The home also has a blink doorbell to video and audio record the front yard of the home. Looking forward to hosting you here in Tampa. Please let us know about your furry friends prior to the trip and we ask that no pets are allowed on the furniture or beds. We also will charge late fees for checkouts later than our check out time that have not been approved as well as for guests and additional pets not in the booking. Thanks!

Quite neighborhood. River park two blocks away was beautiful.

Very clean. All necessities provided. Really pretty area. The very close Hillsborough river park was a nice place to walk and fish. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were a group of 5 women in town for the Kenny Chesney concert. The location was great. We had everything we needed in the house. It was very clean as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Single Level - Great for 4-8!

This great property is tucked in a quiet central Tampa neighborhood close to many things you might want. It was perfect for our group of 4 retired golfers looking for quality accommodation that was close to everything we could want. Very clean and supplied nicely, we were very comfortable here during our off-the-course hours. Nicole, the host, was very responsive!

Weekend getaway with friends

Enjoyed our evening stay at Fern. We came into town for a concert at Raymond James Stadium. Plenty of space four our group of six. Location was a 10 minute Uber to the stadium. Neighborhood was great and you could see a lot of families walking around as we checked on the next morning. We will keep this on our list for places to stay.

Great Place!

This VRBO was perfect for us. It had four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. That meant that the adults could all have beds and the two little ones could have the sofa. Worked out perfectly. It was a perfect location from the event we were attending. a 40 minute drive to De Soto Beach was worth it. The beach had a fort and ruins and very comfortable water.

Spring training weekend

This property is great! There were four of us and it was nice having our own bedrooms, two of which had connecting bathrooms, one full and one half. The hallway had a full bathroom. The house is very clean and well equipped. The backyard patio was nice as well. Good location. Nice neighborhood. I definitely recommend it!

absolute Gem!

This House is one of the best VRBO's I've ever stayed. We went to the Billy Joel Concert and this house was so close and convenient. It is located in a very nice area, lots of families out walking around with their dogs/children (safe area) The house was very clean and very BIG inside. The layout is perfect, beds and furniture are very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend it. Thank you to the Host for such an easy process and excellent communication. A+++
