We provide high speed WiFi internet connection and cable TV. Two Bathrooms and Kitchen all are fully well-equipped. We also provide towels, shampoo and bath wash for every guest. These two bathrooms all with comfortable large size bathtub, let you enjoy the relax time after whole day traveling; our kitchen brand is Siemens, we also provide all equipments and tools for cook, you can cook in the kitchen as you hope. friendly reminder that you should read the instructions carefully or ask the owner before you use any equipment, in use at your own risk.
This apartment located in a quiet street of center Lisbon. Very convenient transportation. 3 mins walk distance to Baixa-Chiado subway station; after 5 mins walk, you can arrive the terminus of No.28 train(Praca Figueira), this famous train can take you to visit the amazing historical downtown lisbon; in the same place, you can take No15 train to Belém area, you can visit Belém Tower and Jerónimos Monastery.
Only 10 mins walk distance to most of famous tourist attractions, like Sao Jorge Castle, Rossio station, elevator of Santa Justa, Se church. A big supermarket 'pingo Doce' just locate beside our apartment.
Check in time is after 1500 and check out before 1200. Guest can free access to the building 24 hours, should keep quiet after midnight, because our apartment is located in a quiet street with local residence neighbor; please carefully to use any equipment, and read instructions or ask owner before the use and keep clean, in the case of damage, owner will claim to charge; lots of wood materials are used for this historical building, no smoking during the stay; there is no garage in the building, the parking space downstairs is only for residence, if guest arrive with car, I recommend to park a nearby public garage(5 mins walk).
I stay another area beside Baixa in the Lisbon, but I will arrive and introduce when guest check in. The welcome presentation including the introduction of living environment , transportation and tourist attractions in Lisbon, instructions of equipments of apartments. If guest require, owner could prepare telephone card and transportation card for guest. Guest can call me anytime during stay, I will provide any assistant for my guests.
