Host was welcoming and the apartment and location were wonderful. Only issue was a shower breaking upon arrival when testing the water, which they were able to fix in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend staying here

Nice place and great location! Elevators were an issue at times and we woke up to a fight outside our window at 6am. Due to the fight and the area I wouldn't recommend children. Overall we enjoyed the stay!

We were in town for the State Fair and the Red River game along with friends who came in from out of state. Great location with the ability to walk to many places to eat and drink with a short ride to the fairgrounds (1.2miles). Very affordable parking garage onsite That I recommend if staying on weekends as parking can be crazy.The owner reached out very promptly with any questions or requests and was super helpful in making our stay stress free. The unit has everything you need for a stay downtown and we were all very pleased.

Not recommended if you’re looking for a kitchen equipped for use. Futon couches cannot be used for sleeping. A good property for adults looking for nightlife. Great restaurants within walking distance. Gorgeous rooftop area to relax. Not recommended for families with children.
