For your pleasure, the apartment is Completely Renovated with a new kitchen and bath. We've added a new, private courtyard with table and lounge area.

Location: One Block west of Cocoa Beach. You can easily walk to beach (we provide you with beach chairs and a beach cart). Located on A1A Southbound. Many restaurants / bars / art galleries / shops within a short walk.

Tech Amenities: Flat screen TV in living room with free, high-speed WIFI (verified High speed >200 Mbps) for lag-free video conferencing, gaming and streaming . (We offer the fastest Internet service available). Cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime movies. Guest Suite is attached to a separate rental unit, also managed by me.

The Space: compact but efficient in a Manhattan/European sort of way. Approx. 445 sq. ft (40 sq. m). The guest suite has a brand new kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher) as well as coffee makers (automatic and french press), toaster, pots and pans, dishes and utensils for whipping up a gourmet meal. If you prefer grilling, there is a gas grill in the private courtyard.

The bathroom has everything you need including hair dryer, iron, shampoo/conditioner and soap. It has a cozy, petite corner shower with a less than average shower door opening.

The bedroom has a new memory foam queen bed with comfy duvet.

We've included beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, and a cart to carry it all with. There is a cold water outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach...we are trying to think of everything!

Enjoy breakfast in the private courtyard or a glass of wine after a hard day at the beach.

Cocoa Beach has a public transport system (321transit.com), and the Cocoa Beach Trolley. We also have a newly installed bike share program with 10 bicycle stations located throughout Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. Every numbered street in town has a beach access parking lot that has metered parking spaces. There are several parking lots in town with metered spaces and there is free on-street parking.
