Nicely renovated condo, two minute walk to beautiful Cocoa Beach. The colorful beach décor inside will make you feel like you are at the beach. This is a light and cheery corner unit with easy access to courtyard and parking. Condo is fully furnished with all the comforts required for a day or week at the beach. Small complex only 14 units, two story. Great location for the Florida beach community lifestyle. Condo has two wonderful courtyards for relaxing after a day at the beach. Conveniently located in Cocoa Beach, within walking distance to pier, restaurants and activities.

Great Location and Value

Quiet, comfortable condo just a short walk from the beach. Excellent pricing for the location and amenities. A good jumping off point for area activities, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would 100% stay again.

It was very close to the beach. Sage Bistro is a short walk and great food for adults. Comfortable beds, coffee maker, beach towels, etc..

Perfect for our stay

We wanted a low-key place to visit Kennedy Space Center and rocket launches. The 2 minute walk to the beach was a bonus. Dee Dee responded quickly to any question we had.

Perfect

This was the perfect place for our weekend stay. It’s a short walk to the beach and comfortable living quarters. The house is also well stocked with cooking equipment. It was a lovely weekend.

Newbie

Having never stayed in a vrbo before it was good. Would use again but now we know a few things. Bring toilet paper and wash cloths. Did get more second day but was given two wash cloths and a roll and half of TP for 5 people. Enjoyed the extras like chairs for the beach. There was an umbrella and boogie boards we didn't use buy would have had we been there longer. Very close to the beach.

Not Close to the Cruise Port

I thought it was closer to the Cruise Port. It is about 10 minutes by car. Avis car rental offers free rides to the port which is only about a block from the condo. Other than that it was close to the ocean and beach which we loved.

Spring Break ‘21

This condo was such a nice family retreat. There was plenty of room for the entire family to relax and recharge. It had a fully operable kitchen with everything you need to prepare family meals. It had an awesome courtyard where we cooked dinner on the grill one night. The beach is a short walk away! Everything was literally at our fingertips! A real gem!

Perfect getaway

Really enjoyed our few days away. This place has all the amenities of home. Although there is not a washer dryer in the unit, it’s literally right around the corner in the common area (tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors or have a cocktail). Also has a partially fenced in backyard which was perfect for our small dogs. Can’t beat the location convenient to everything!! The beach is literally right down the street with a very nice walkway. Dee Dee, the host, is very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked a return trip! Can’t wait. Thank you Dee Dee

Clean unit near beach

We had a great time here. The pictures doesn’t do it justice. Very clean, comfortable beds and close to beach. Stayed here prior to our cruise. The drive was maybe 8-10mins to port. Nice stay!

Close to beach condo

The communication before, during and after the stay was very good. Description is excellent. There are lots of items provided that would be needed for a beach stay. My family and I stayed there for a couple of days prior to our cruise. The parking spot is marked well and the condo was easy to find. Beds were comfy. One of the adult kiddos slept on the couch and there was an air mattress provided as well if needed. Bedding and towels were easy to find and clean. Basic necessities were in the kitchen and again easy to locate. Only negative is the condo could use a deep cleaning for dust and little trash items. We found lots of dust bunnies and partial wrappers (or similar items) under or behind things when looking for plugs for extra chargers, etc. If we return back to cape canaveral for another cruise I would definitely stay here and recommend this place.
