This is a light and cheery corner unit with easy access to courtyard and parking. Condo is fully furnished with all the comforts required for a day or week at the beach. Small complex only 14 units, two story. Great location for the Florida beach community lifestyle. Condo has two wonderful courtyards for relaxing after a day at the beach. Conveniently located in Cocoa Beach, within walking distance to pier, restaurants and activities.

Great beach unit

Dee Dee made us feel very welcome and was very quick to respond to several enquiries when we arrived. Overall a great stay in the Cape Canaveral area, a homely alternative to the nearby hotels.

A very pleasant stay.

Condo is in a lovely area and is beautifully appointed. We loved our stay and felt very comfortable. Even though we didn't use the air conditioning, it is worth mentioning the unit placed outside our bedroom window was very noisy. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Thankyou Dee Dee.

Wonderful condo short walk to beautiful beach

We really enjoyed our stay and it was just as described in the listing. We got there early and the owner had just finished cleaning and invited us to enter early which was extremely nice.

Not Close to the Cruise Port

I thought it was closer to the Cruise Port. It is about 10 minutes by car. Avis car rental offers free rides to the port which is only about a block from the condo. Other than that it was close to the ocean and beach which we loved.
