A coastal retreat boasting 3 bedrooms that comfortably accommodate 8 guests. This beach haven ensures convenience and comfort for all. Nestled just a short 3-minute stroll from the beach, you'll have sun, sand, and waves at your fingertips. For entertainment, enjoy a friendly game of ping pong, or backyard swim adding a playful touch to your vacation.
*The pool/spa can be heated for an additional $50/night.
FOR JUNE JULY A SATURDAY CHECK IN IS REQUIRED 7 DAY MINIMUM
The space
The recreation area below contains a covered seating area, propane Blackstone grill(propane included), dart board, ping pong table, cornhole boards, fenced yard, and pool area. The pool and spa lights cycle colors at night. The main floor boasts a large open plan with a living room containing a Smart TV, kitchen, dining area, a half bath along with the master bedroom with a full bathroom. The porch is located off the main floor and below that is the rec area. The floor above consists of a double queen room, and a king bedroom with a daybed as well. The main entrance to the home is up the front stairs. The home is equipped with a Yale lock system which will make your stay easy and convenient! You will be provided with a personal entry code prior to your arrival for an effortless check-in/out process.

Best Home Rental on Tybee!

My family of 6 stayed at this beautiful home to extend our vacation by a few days. This was hamds down one of the higlighys of my kid's vacation! They loved the open floor plan, the pool, and all of the thoughtful activities that the host includes. Tybee has become an annual trip for us, we will definatelt stay again!

Everything went great- house was very clean, lots of towels and linens available. Pool and hot tub clean (and warm!). Very attentive owner/property manager. Hassle-free. Great location. We'd book again!

Nice place! Inside like new. Clean. Short walk to beach. Would stay again:) host was easy to work with and very responsive. Was nice to have wagon and beach chairs and towels! Camera in pool area made some uncomfortable. Couldn’t find pods for keurig— was built into fridge. Took us forever to find it after looking through cupboards.

Nice accommodations!

This house is very nice. The owner has thought of the little things. Mattresses are memory foam. Master is on first floor and the other two bedrooms are upstairs with a Jack and Jill shower and toilet but two sink areas. Shower curtain upstairs needs to be wider and shower door in first floor master does not stay shut without wedging a towel. Stairs can be tricky and definitely not to code. The pool is smaller than it looks in the picture but we made good use of it and it is nice. The kids and adults enjoyed the ping pong table and axe throwing game. The corn hole board is warped. There are three usable beach chairs and a wagon that we appreciated. Plenty of plates, cups and utensils in the kitchen, and it was very nice to have soap supplied in the bathrooms and kitchen. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. All in all my family and I would recommend staying here! (PS, we replaced the batteries in the smoke detector). Thank you for these nice accommodations and for thinking of the little things for your guests!
