Come and enjoy this spacious 2 story house built in 2020. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and is perfectly sized for up to 7 guests. The 2 car garage features a 220v charger for a Tesla and the backyard offers an outdoor dining table with a fire feature. It is close enough to NAU and downtown Flagstaff to enjoy a plethora of events and attractions, hiking, biking lots of family fun! Yet, far enough away for a quiet relaxing vacation in the beautiful pines.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place the towels and bed sheets in the basket in the laundry room. Thank you!
Please make sure living room blinds are closed.
Please make sure trash and recycling bin are placed in the rocks at the end of the driveway after your stay almost touching the blacktop. One on each side of the pavers.

Cleanliness needs a little more attention to detail. Our 3 year old found nerds, tic tacs, and someones medication in a baggie that was open. I have pictures for you. My fiancee is VERY upset!
