Room to spread out and Enjoy the beauty of Flagstaff
We had a wonderful trip! There was a bed for everyone and room to relax, enjoy the decks, play games, watch tv and enjoy being together while close to everything. We went to Bearizona, snow skied, ate at our favorite Flagstaff restaurants and created wonderful family memories. I loved the "art wall" downstairs and the boys loved the foosball table.
House and amenities wonderful for a large family gathering!
Host super fast with responses!

Great place for a family gathering for Thanksgiving.
This was a spacious clean and comfortable townhouse with a great recreation room enjoyed by the younger members of our family. It was very roomy and very well equipped with all the necessary kitchen items to cook a great Thanksgiving dinner.

Liked: Communication, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
This unit needs an upgrade and repairs. Verticle blinds are falling off, ceiling lights - stairs, bath and vanity are burned out. The unit is generally run down. We left 3 days early.
Conveniently located. It was a great place for a family with kids as there is a foosball table and lots of games. It is nice to have two separate "common areas". The bed was comfortable.

Trip to Grand Canyon
The property was very clean and in good condition. Located in a very nice part of Flagstaff. We were there for two days and would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the surrounding area.
Stayed here for the weekend over fall break. The location was perfect and the home had everything you needed. Owner was very responsive.

Wonderful !
We had a wonderful time. The house is very spacious and accommodating for families. Owners are very friendly to work with and the location is great. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. The only downfall is one t.v. otherwise this is an awesome rental.
This was our second time staying here, and it won’t be our last. The house is great - very comfortable. It feels like a home away from home. Well stocked kitchen, plus a cabinet full of games. The kids love the play room and the loft. Karen, the owner is so helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait for our next stay!

Comfortable and Convenient
My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were able to fit all of our family comfortably. The kids especially enjoyed having their own space in the game room. If visiting during the summer, be aware that there is no air conditioner. We were able to open windows and use fans and stay comfortable for the most part. Overall, this home was exactly what we needed.
Awesome retreat. Gameroom was excellent with table tennis and foosball. There were some easy mountain biking trails within riding distance. The description/pictures make no mention of TVs, but there were three. Master bed was a little hard for my taste. But there were plenty of other softer beds had it become an issue, which it never did. The host was very responsive before our arrival. I highly recommend this unit. We will stay there again soon.

Best vacation property we've stayed in as a family!!!
We traveled to Flagstaff for spring break with a family of 6: two adults and 4 boys, aged 6 to 14. The house was perfect for us. Very roomy with plenty of space for everybody! The older boys each had their own room and the 2 younger slept in the enormous playroom on provided (real) mattresses. They were delighted with the foosball table, basketball hoop and "handball wall" - balls included! The master bedroom was very comfortable and cozy and the water pressure in the showers was fantastic. The main living area was very nice with a big wood-burning fireplace (wonderful because it snowed!). The huge kitchen had everything we needed and the entire property was beautifully decorated. The two sizable decks felt completely private, as the house backs into woods.
While we stayed in Flagstaff we went to the Walnut Canyon cliff dwellings, Sedona, Slide Rock State Park, the Grand Canyon (south rim), Sunset Crater Volcano and Wupatki Pueblo Natl Monuments, and Bearizona. We were in the perfect location to explore all over the region with tons of shopping nearby as well.
We would heartily recommend this property... my sons are STILL saying "we want to go back."

Fabuous Family Retreat
WOW! What an excellent fully equipped and spacious Flagstaff Cabin for a family! We went for ski weekend with our two young sons and were very happy with our experience. Enclosed garage kept the snow off our car. Easy access either through garage or key through front door. Cabin has loft that was fun for kids to play board games or watch Ipad, while we made dinner and breakfast in fully functional kitchen (has all amenities, wine cork, blender, toaster, etc), and bedrooms on bottom floor. Fireplace is the best with a cozy book and blanket to relax and read after a long ski day. The bedrooms are nicely furnished with blankets and priavate decks for bedrooms overlooking what is like a forest full of mature trees. Kids roamed the forest, threw snowballs, and had a blast. Walking distance was a fabulous hill for kids to go sledding and there were several sleds for us to use in garage. Basement room had a foozeball table and general large space for kids to jump and play. We felt like we were in someone's home and as a guest. Tons of towels, very clean, and would definately go back again in the summer. Super easy access to Snowbowl and downtown Flagstaff. Owners are super easy to work with and flexible with our time of arrival and departure and got good information prior to our trip. We will be back!
Nice property. Don’t think the intro picture is the house you’re renting. I thought this was a ranch style single family house. A little misleading. Also thought there would be a grill (like the pictures), disappointing. Still a good stay, it’s the details.
Loved the deck and the view. Our dogs were so happy to share in nature. We were able to take a short walk to the golf course after hours and let them exercise. Location was close to everything. We hated to leave. When we had a problem(our doing) the owners were quick to respond and very gracious. Thank you for allowing us this vacation. Ann, Arian, Tux, and Diamond
This property is amazing, game room for the kids, beautiful fireplace, two balconies with beautiful view in the pines. gorgeous sunset. Enjoyed watching the birds and the squirrels playing. Fully stocked we did not run out of toilet paper or paper towels (very important) Overall warm and cozy we loved staying here and we will return.
