Wow. Simply stunning! This direct oceanfront, newly renovated, 3 Br condo in Seaside has everything. It's on the penthouse (14th) floor with elevator access. The unit has been totally renovated and has floor to ceiling glass windows for AMAZING VIEWS of the beach and ocean. The private balcony is accessible from the Living Room and Main Bedroom. The unit has many upscale features including granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, new flat screen TVs, and the entire condo has been upgraded with hardwood flooring. You will have to get keys from B2 Vacations office.

Go ahead, indulge yourself by relaxing on balcony chairs overlooking the gorgeous dunes and vast Atlantic Ocean. The view is breathtaking, and the sound of the ocean waves is serene and relaxing with amazing sunrises. This is a great vacation resort for an active family.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

** PLEASE NOTE: Winter Projects 2026 still underway on-site, but balcony access and views are available for this Condo. Outdoor pool, indoor pool / lazy river are all OPEN.

Awesome views!

The property was perfect for our getaway with friends and family, and the views were amazing! We spent the 4th of July here and we could see fireworks all the way down the strand. My kids loved the lazy river and the pool after a fun day at the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this location a number of times and we loved the updates of the hardwood floors and new bedding in the master suite. The unit is always clean and well-equipped. Very relaxing views and great location.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

We stayed in this property with two families--4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 6 to 12. The condo had an amazing view of the ocean, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening the waves and the ocean nightly. The bedrooms were a nice size. The walk to the beach was short. The kids enjoyed hanging out at the pool and swimming. The location was about a 10 minute drive to Barefoot Landing and 25 minutes to Broadway at the Beach. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, plates, and cups for our crew. The only suggestion would be to have smaller spoons as there were only tablespoons--a little big for cereal.

Breathtaking ocean views!!

Breathtaking views of the ocean from all of the floor to ceiling windows in this condo. Lovely balcony on which to enjoy the views. We were able to watch sunset through the side windows- sunrise through the back windows. Gorgeous decorating with impeccable cleanliness throughout. Really doesn’t seem like a rental; feels like a true home. Equipped with everything you might need. Couldn’t ask for more.

The condo has fantastic sight lines down the coastline. It was spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen. Nicely furnished. The building is clean and well taken of. The garage is challenging to maneuver, but there is an outside parking lot across the street. B2 is prompt to respond if you have any issues. We are renting from B2 next year and our extended family are also renting separately.

Absolutely amazing!

We loved our stay at SeaSide 1406! The views are absolutely amazing! Having windows from floor to ceiling, and being able to see the beach at all times, for miles, was beautiful. The decor is perfect - it's obvious that a lot of thought was put into making the space perfect on all levels. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms provided each of us with more than adequate space which was wonderful. The accommodations included an awesome kitchen, everything you needed in the kitchen, a washer and dryer, and even beach chairs/towels/toys - all awesome! The pool, lazy river, and hot tubs were well taken care of. We already booked our next stay! The pictures truly don't do this amazing place justice - it's better than you can even imagine :)

Amazing Ocean View

The unit was accurate to its description, very clean and everything working and in great condition. It was an amazing view of the ocean and beach from the top floor from the balcony and large windows, especially the master bedroom where you had an unobstructed view from the bed through the full wall window to wake up to the ocean sounds and sunrise. Resort staff was friendly and helpful. Furniture and beds were very comfortable and made it feel like you were in a luxury hotel. The hosts provided easy to follow instructions for check in and check out making everything a breeze with no need to contact for assistance. We would definitely stay here again if we returned for a visit to the area. The provided beach toys and items were a nice touch but led to my only complaint because previous guests must have put them away wet which left a musty smell in the closet. Fortunately we knew better and dried them out before returning them to their storage location after using. Location was very convenient right in the middle of everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer. Highly recommend this Place to stay if you’re visiting the MB area.

Why they chose this property

Seaside has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy river. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road. For myself, it has direct ocean access and I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

North Myrtle Beach is one of the nicest places to come on vacation or business trip. Its easy access from the airport or driving in makes for a great family experience. The proximity to many local restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
