Gather and relax with friends and family

Come stay in this bright, beautiful 3 bedroom house located in a quiet neighborhood with a 3-6 minute drive from all of Manchester. the open concept kitchen/living/dining room is a great place for everyone to gather and connect. Or choose to Relax in the sunken den with a 70” curved modern big screen tv.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed, 50” modern tv, walk-in closet and a connected tiled bathroom with a shower. The 2nd bedroom : a queen bed, desk, and a walk-in closet. There is also a full sized washer and dryer laundry located off this bedroom. The 3rd bedroom located on the opposite side of the house-adjacent to the den-has a queen bed, desk and bay window. All bedrooms supplied with blackout curtains.
The outside space includes two decks and large semi fenced back yard. The large 12’x20’ back deck has views of mt. equinox, outdoor sectional couch and patio set with 7 chairs and a round table.
The front patio is covered and is a nice place to enter the house and enjoy the vibe of the neighborhood.

The house was clean and well appointed - right down to sample shampoo bottles and spices in the kitchen. It is an easy drive into the central business district, but you probably don't want to walk, as there is no shoulder or sidewalk on the road. The host had everything ready for self check in and all was in working order.

Our group of four adults and three children (12 and under) had a lovely stay at Tod’s house. The location was absolutely perfect for our needs. We skied for two days at Bromley and went snow tubing at Stratton. Bromley was only about a 15-minute drive — maybe even less — which made mornings easy with the kids.For reference, if you're familiar with The Equinox Resort, the house is less than two miles away, and it’s just as close to downtown Manchester.The house itself was incredibly clean and well-appointed. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, making it easy to cook meals and relax after long days outside. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay again.
