The space
This home boasts a variety of rooms to satisfy your thirst to relax, enjoy and connect with your friends & family.

Our top features include:
- An expansive, fun-packed basement including a 100" 4k projector cinematic experience, large couch, poker table, popcorn maker, various board games, darts, ring game and more
- A hot tub adjacent to a huge outdoor seating area with a fire pit and amenities for making smores
- A living room with a fireplace, large couch, 55" TV
- Outdoor facilities including a gas-fire BBQ, badminton, cornhole & more
- An island kitchen which is fully stocked with gourmet teas and coffee
- A cozy rustic sunroom area

We have 5 bedrooms in total. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, with a hallway connecting them. The master bedroom has its own ensuit (shower, toilet), and the others have access to the communal bathroom (with shower bath, toilet).

The master bedroom has a king size bed; with the others fitted with queen beds (one of the basement bedrooms has both a queen and a twin bed inside). There's another roll-out twin bed for an additional 12th sleeper if needed.

In the basement, the two bedrooms connect to the common entertainment area and have access to a bathroom downstairs that has a shower, toilet and sink.
Guest access
We'd love for you to make yourself feel as comfortable and at home as possible! The facilities for the home are all available for you to enjoy; however, please note that the garage, under-stairs storage area and garden shed are all storage-areas that are in use.

The house is accessible by an digital smart lock with a combination key unique to your stay.

For safety, the property is enabled with exterior video cameras.
