As you enter this air-conditioned condo, you will discover a completely remodeled interior offering a welcoming open floor plan. Spend your days lounging on the 27' Gulf-front balcony taking in the marvelous views of the beach and the ocean while sipping on your favorite beverage. The living area offers a wonderful spot to spread out comfortably and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious beach snacks on the go and full-course meals for the crew, including a Keurig coffee maker and an adjacent wet bar. Things to Know
Pool construction in the East and West towers is occuring April through mid-May 2024. During this time, Calypso Tower 3 pool is available for guests staying in Towers 1 and 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
