Step into an Ideally located studio within 0.5 miles (walking distance) to the NRG stadium and 1.2 miles away from the Texas Medical Center. We want you to enjoy and unwind in this comfortable studio, in the heart of Houston that apart from its central location offers you a beautiful pool, a free on-site laundromat, an outdoor grill, a gym and an easy access to Kroger grocery store from inside the complex.
We are also located ~ 2.3 miles away to Hermann Park and its amazing zoo and ~6 miles from downtown.

This had everything you need, store literally 2 minute walk, secure, good parking. It was very clean and cozy, will be back.

Comfortable and soothing

Location was in the most convenient area ever!!! Everything was within a few minutes. Location was clean and neat! Property manager was always available!!! 10/10 highly recommend!
