Palmetto Villa, our peaceful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat on South Padre Island, is thoughtfully designed for groups of up to 10 people. Its charming private pool and inviting furnished patio sets the stage for a wonderfully relaxing holiday. We know you'll enjoy it as much as we have.

Our two-level townhome prioritizes comfort and connection. It features a spacious wrap-around couch, a generous dining table, and a cozy breakfast bar to foster warm conversations and shared moments. Its open-concept design keeps the atmosphere lively, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals together effortless.

Retreat to the upstairs primary bedroom, a tranquil oasis we've adorned with subtle furnishings and a soothing color palette. Here, you'll find an ultra-comfy king-size bed with plush triple sheeting and a private ensuite bathroom boasting a refreshing walk-in shower, perfect for winding down after a day of adventure. As the only bedroom on the upper level, it guarantees a peaceful, intimate escape.

Downstairs, the guest bedrooms provide warmth and comfort. One features a queen-sized bed ideal for a couple, while the other boasts a queen bed and twin bunk beds that the kids will adore! There's also a shared full bathroom complete with a shower and tub combo for leisurely baths. For added convenience, the downstairs area hosts a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave for easy snacks and drinks.

Palmetto Villa is situated just 1.5 blocks from the beach, offering easy access to delightful bars, grills, shops, and restaurants. It's an excellent base for beach days and leisurely strolls along the boulevard. You can also hop on the free Island Metro for a smooth ride to attractions like Sea Turtle, Inc. or the Port Isabel Light House Square. Your serene South Padre Island getaway awaits, blending relaxation and adventure in perfect harmony.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
- The pool heating fee is $100 for the first three days, and $25 for each additional day. 24 hour advance notice is required.
